Finally a pair of DM's you can wear straight from the box. The Virginia leather is supple and flexible and has the feel of worn in leather even before you put them on. I purchased the bone, impractical I know, but I love them. Hardware gives a retro throwback feel to my old alpine boots from decades ago. I did purchase the Jadon and the platform but the stiff leather was just too hard on my shins and calves and I just don't have the time or patience to break them in. Zappos return policy is the best hands down. This is TMI but I'm hoping my hammer toe has enough room because I can feel it on the top of the boot but am hoping it will give.

I am a medium 8....these boots have wonderful support arch and ball of foot...FANTASTIC! If you have a wide foot these boots are prob not for you. These boots ROCK!!

Love these Docs! The leather is so soft; no breaking them in! The silver hardware lace hooks lake them special. Love them!

Love Docs! Such a classic boot, and definitely worth the money since they will last a while. Great for fall and spring, I love dressing up and down with them. They won’t go out of style. Great investment piece!

I'm a 5.5, medium width with short toes, sounds funny but it's important. I originally ordered the 6 but they were too long. Exchanged for a 5 and they were a little snug in the width but true to Docs, they stretched after a day (super short break-in) and now they're perfect!
