I wish these fit me, since they are beautiful and soft. However, they were too wide in the ankle area. The toe strap also rubbed against my little toe on one foot and my big toe on the other.

I really wanted to love these, they were fairly comfortable but for the price I needed them to be so comfortable. I could tell they'd take some wearing in with a bit of a rub on some areas.

They were uncomfortable around the top and side of my feet.

The top part of the upper rides up almost to my ankle, which causes the upper to buckle a bit. The shoes are comfortable for me, but do seem to loosen up after I wear them for just a couple of minutes. I can adjust myself to these little things, but the color is so ugly. I ordered "ESPRESSO" which in the pics looks to be a rustic deep brown, that I liked. When they arrived, they have sort of a metallic look to them and the color is somewhere between bronze and pewterish. Whatever, I needed a pair of sandals so bad, that I just wore them, and they are comfortable, just not what I ordered.

Sandal looks great. But cushioning is minimal to non existent. I honestly don’t understand how the reviews have been so great about the sandal. I think it would be fine if you’re not planning to walk much in it and you just want a nice looking sandal. I’m looking to be able to walk in a sandal. I am sending it back.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They're not overly stylish but the leather is soft and the heel strap is cushioned which is nice. Unfortunately, the arch is less supportive than my flip flops. I bought these hoping for some decent arch support but unfortunately, they will have to go back. If you don't need arch support, give them a try but they are a little long so go a 1/2 size down.

This sandal did not have the support that my previous 2 pairs to Taos sandals had. Disappointing.

I like the shoe, but I usually wear a size 8 in Taos, and the size 8 was too small in this style. Unfortunately there is no 8 1/2 size, and because I have a narrow foot, I would swim in the size 9. I returned and bought a different shoe.

I normally wear and 8.5 and purchased these in Size 8 which fit perfectly. I loved the look, and the leather and the insole felt amazing. They are very comfortable, however the sandals have no arch support and the sole was surprisingly thin and flimsy. I did not think these would hold up for city walking which is what I need, so I returned them.

These shoes seemed really comfortable, but the top part was just too big for my foot. The base was the right width, but even with the adjustments it was weirdly loose on top. I have a somewhat narrow foot, so I'm sure that contributes to the problem - they're probably better for someone with a bit wider foot.

This shoe was very attractive but was too narrow for my foot. It seemed like the side of my foot was off on the right side of the shoe. I returned them and purchased a Dansko sandal which fit perfect.

Cute on my foot, but the footbed wasn't comfortable. Too flat and too little arch support.

So wide it gaped everywhere

The upper part of the sandal doesn't lay flat on top of the foot--it's baggy and doesn't look good on my feet. Sorry they didn't fit good because I like the look of this sandal.

It was small and tight. I would size up.

The fit was deceiving. I went to a local retailer to try the sandal out and to determine size. I attempted to order it through my local retailer but they were out of stock and they could not tell when it would be in. So I found it on Zappos and was very happy to receive it in a timely manner! I wore these sandals in my home and after a while they did not feel good at all, like they were too tight overall and there was something uncomfortable in the heel, like I felt something in the innersole. These were supposed to be very comfortable but for me they were not. Thank you for your easy return process. I definitely will be ordering through your company again soon!

These sandals were too long. Also the leather was stiff not as soft as the picture showed or I would expect with Taos.

I opened the box and found two different sandals! One was worn and a different style! Yuck!

Very disappointed in the lack of arch support compared to other taos sandals. Need more choices in white sandals with support

I am not able to manage the Velcro and I returned the product

I have these in 2 colors because they fit so well. A bit more arch support would be welcome, but these are sufficient.

Love these sandals! Super comfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 so ordered both a size 7 and size 8. The 8 was a good fit. 7 were too short. So if you’re a half size, order up.

Another great sandal from TAOS. I have purchashed many pairs in the past. Beautifully made, quality materials and superb comfort. What more do you need? Their standards remain high.
