They were awkward

Loved the shoe, but the color is much lighter than what is shown on the website.

These sandals fit true to size and the footbed is comfortable. One of the straps constantly rubs the top of my foot even after adjustment. Not sure if I’ll be able to wear them.

My normal size was too small. Unfortunately, the next size up was out of stock. Returned them.

toe leather hurt, was stiff

These are great shoes; however, I have such a high arch that the diagonal strap cuts into the top of my foot. The footbed is extremely comfortable. Sadly, I am returning these.

The fit was fairly good and the length was a bit long.

loved the sandal but it stretched out after just a few wears. Disappointing!

This is a nice sandal and the quality seems good. The leather maybe could be a little better for the price. With that said I don’t know if it’s my foot or if Taos is making shoes narrower than they used to be. I have a medium width foot and own several Taos sandals in regular width but these just aren’t the same therefore I am returning them.

Nice sandals; I definitely would have gotten other colors. However, since I have normal arches, I do not need the extra arch support. For me, this was uncomfortable.

Pretty shoes. Didn't really like the way it looked with the outfit that I wanted to wear it.

I wear an 8.5 and had to order a 9. They felt wide and tightening the Velcro strap didn’t really help and also caused the straps to no longer line up. I do have a narrow foot but I guess due to the style and slightly larger size, these didn’t work for me so I returned them.

Both sandals made noise as I walked. almost like a swish sound. Unfortunately I'm returning.

Very comfortable, very cute. But I'm returning because they make a squishy noise when you walk, like you are pressing air out of them. Too bad. I really liked them.

They look good and I'm sure they are comfortable, but I am a size 7 1/2 to 8, and this shoe runs to the larger plus. Other Taos shoes size 8 fit well.

So sad these didn't work for me. I love the look and the color of the light tan shade. The look was perfect, just like the name of the sandal. However, I don't have any arch issues, so any arch support the doesn't hit me exactly in the high point is uncomfortable to me. I usually wear 8, and the arch support hit the area right below the ball of my large toe. I ordered the 9 to see if it would hit the middle of my arch. It felt a bit better, but the sandal was just too large everywhere else. Too bad, because Taos has styles I would love to wear.

Very cute sandal but difficult to walk in them. They were too wide on my foot even though I tried to adjust the strap. My foot would slide back and I felt like they were coming off my feet. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had to return them because I really wanted them to work for me.

These fit well, but the arch area felt like it was pushing up on my foot. Because of that, they didn't seem that comfortable to me, also my feet looked kind of odd and fat. I've never worn a pair of Taos shoes before, so I don't know if the sole molds to the foot or stays as is...? I decided to return them.

These look nice and have great arch support and a built in metatarsal dome. However, the adjustable strap on the left was digging in to my foot in a way I have never experienced. If I loosened it, the sandal was sliding too much. Even after trying them on and taking them off, I could still feel a pulsating where the piece dug in. It was only on the left but very weird. Sadly had to return them. I also wish there were half sizes because it is the slightest bit too long but the smaller size would be too short.

Should have listen to other reviewers. Band across the top of your foot rubs and is uncomfortable- I tried adjusting the Velcro fit but still uncomfortable. Loved the color and sole. Arch support is very aggressive. Bummed and returning .

I wish Taos would make shoes in half and wide sizes. I tried sizing up but these sandals were too long and not wide enough. I am disappointed to have to send them back.

I really like Taos Sandals and have several pairs, but the piece of leather between the toes did not feel comfortable. I have a high instep so even though the strap is adjustable, it didn't fit right there either. :/

Size was fine and I loved the style but the right shoe immediately rubbed the side of my foot in two places within wearing the shoes for only a few minutes.

Where the velcro is placed on the strap, it doesn't allow you to tighten them enough. Mine constantly slide off when I'm walking and unfortunately, I had to wear them a while to find that out and couldn't return them. Don't waste your money on this sandal.
