They work simply because they have velcro adjustments across arch and ball of foot otherwise not very supportive and wish they had more of a heel. Will probably keep as I am desperate for some new comfortable and cool shoes.

The arch support was so hard under my foot. I couldn’t stand to stand on it. It hurt.

I read reviews to go to next whole size up if half size so I did. Fits just right and support is great. Love these sandals. I think I will order a second pair of slides. These are "Wonderfuls."

I have very hard-to-fit feet that are boney and narrow but not quite narrow enough to wear a "narrow" size shoe. So for years, almost every sandal other than a flip flop I've tried have been too loose across the top, not to mention without the support for my feet to have adequate cushion underneath. When I tried these on and they were super adjustable I felt like doing a happy dance. And then when I walked in them and they are so comfortable I may have actually done a happy dance. I immediately ordered a second pair. They obviously aren't inexpensive but are SO worth it!

I love Taos sandals! This is the third pair that I’ve purchased and all have provided a consistent fit. They provide nice adjustability for my narrow foot, and great support for my high arches. I highly recommend.

Comy right out of the box. Adjustable straps wonderful. Love a slip on sandal that stays in place! Footbed has only moderate arch support but is very soft and comfortable. Immediately walked a mile to work - no issues!

Have several pairs in different colors. They’re my go to sandal. Comfy, arch support and I can adjust both sets of straps.

Fit, arch support and construction were great. I returned because I need a stark white shoe, and this is a creamy white. Listing said white and photo wasn’t clear.

I really like these sandals. I have bunions and the standard width and my regular size works perfectly. The shoes are very soft underfoot and I can walk at length in them in comfort. I think they are attractive and the color goes with almost anything. Very happy to find a shoe that checks off all boxes for me.

This was my second order of the Taos Double U. I bought the bruschetta color last year, which were a bit lighter than I'd expected but still worked well. This time I went for True Red. I love the way they look and feel. Super comfy!

This sandal has all the right touches. The edges are nicely finished and the leather well-sewn and polished like a well-made shoe, not just some homemade leather sandal with raw edges. The arch support is good and because the toe strap and top-of foot- strap are both adjustable, you get a very nice fit. No heel-slapping as you walk, no toe post to rub. I was worried there was no ankle strap but it holds on so well I don't miss it! My new walking shoe, even for San Francisco hills!

This is my second pair of Taos that I found marked down to almost nothing! So excited about this one too! They are dusty pink and I guess they weren’t selling but I got them for $47 and retail was $140! They feel wonderful so thanks for helping me out ZAPPOS! Like I said this is the second pair for me so finding another pair of Taos in the forty dollars area is just awesome! I have had the other pair for over a year and every time I wear them I get raves about them! I may give you a pic of both of them? Wait for it?

Fit was fine. They could either be slightly dressy or casual - a great plus. I found I personally preferred a slightly higher heel.

I’ve always wanted a pair of Taos sandals but couldn’t commit to the price. I’m very satisfied with the quality and comfort of this sandal. I wear an 8 and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this shoe.
