Tried both the canvas on Lux of Plim Soul. The leather version, same size , is too wide and long. Kept the canvas

I should have listened to the other reviews but they were so good looking and the color so nice I had to try them! The back is so shallow that my heels won't stay in the shoes. They didn't feel like a wide width shoe, so I think they run very narrow.

This shoe was a wide but did not feel any wider in width than the Regular. I had ordered the white canvas and these to compare. The white canvas fit was more comfortable.

These felt very narrow and uncomfortable in the toes, especially for the price. The heel is very shallow so felt they would slip off. I returned them.

Cute shoe but the W is NOT wide.

I’ve been looking for leather sneakers that are formal/stylish enough for the office, but comfortable/versatile enough for casual wear including biking around town. I wanted to like these ones - I love the grey color and how the uppers look. Unfortunately, I found the sole to be too thick in look and stiff in feel, plus I found my heal slipping out when laced up - with both thick and thin socks. So these are going back and the search continues! These might have worked with an adjustment to the heal and a lower profile sole, or a gum-trimmed sole so you don’t have to worry about the white rubber getting dirty.

Great looking shoes but the heels slipped every time I walked.

Right shoe gave me blisters- it hits too low on the ankle, right on the ridge instead of hugging the foot. TOO much arch really, feet hurt after walking.

I have a wide foot and generally order an 8.5 or 9 W. I bought this in 9W and couldn't even get my foot in the shoe.

I wanted to love these shoes because they are so cute, but they hurt. It hits my foot when it creases by my big toe joint. Not sure if they will soften, but I’ve worn several times and it’s not getting better. Wish I could have returned and went with another white leather shoe. I had been debating between these and the Birkenstocks.

I wanted to love these.. really bad. But the right shoe's footbed has a raised area up towards the toes and caused my toes to lose feeling every time I wore them! They should've worked with my insoles/orthotics because the insoles that come with them are so thick - but caused the heel to rub because mine weren't quite thick enough. Ugh. So, manufacturer defect + another pair of shoes I can't wear my orthotics in = an expensive bummer.

Super cute but super bummed that the arch support didn't hit in the right place and toe box, although wide width selected was still too small. Pain right away. I should have read the negative reviews first. If you have bunions - this is not the shoe for you.

I have around 8 pairs of Taos shoes, so I thought these would be a great addition to the line up...however, the leather was very stiff in particular the tongue. I could not even walk around the bedroom with them on as they were THAT stiff and dug into the front of my ankle! Back they went! Maybe it is the way my foot is shaped but the other 8 pairs are perfect?

These are a no go for me. I did not realize that the uppers are coated with some sort of plastic that gives them a sheen. The tongue just is way to obig for me, digging into my ankle. They were just clunky...not my style.

Unfortunately, these shoes had to be sent back. The heel was very wide and my heel slipped out when walking. They seemed like well-made shoes and were fashionable, they just did not work for me. I will look for another brand.

These of course have amazing arch support like every shoe from this brand… It’s just that the heel is a little bit shallow and your heels slip with every step you take. They are super cute but don’t work.

This shoe is marketed at comfortable. The right shoe is. The left is excruciating every time you step. The shoe fits. It's not the length or width. It's the way the leather bends right at the side and top of the big toe. I thought it was just a matter of breaking it in. I thought I needed to walk around a bit. The right relaxed quickly. This one has gotten worse. I can't walk in them, and now I can't return them because they are worn. For the price, I am SO disappointed! Much too expensive to be so difficult!

I’ve been a Zappos customer for many years and never had one complaint! But when I received this order I was very disappointed. Came on a plastic sack, box for the shoe I ordered was the wrong box and wrong shoe, it was for a blue shoe and a 1:2 size smaller. Don’t know what happened but I decided to return the pair and start over. I’m hoping it was just a warehouse issue.

The shoe didn't bend, it felt uncomfortable, I wanted it to be wonderful but it wasn't.

These shoes were supposed to be a gift for my wife. They arrived in a plastic dry cleaning bag with no shoe box. I didn't even open them because they looked like someone else's garbage. I couldn't believe it.

I saw the reviews saying that the heel slips and decided to order them anyways. Sent them back immediately. The back of the shoe is too short and doesn't "cup" the heel even though the rest of the shoe isn't too big. It's almost like the insole is too thick. Cute shoes, but not risking a heel blister for them.

Wow. Perfect fit in 8 wide for me. These feel like walking around in bedroom slippers. I’m waiting on the red croc to be in stock.
