Great, as always

MTB and general wear around town.

I've bought Van's for a while. I get the checkered slip on because my professional name is Checkers. I'm retired and work my woodshop now. Within 6 months I destroy any shoe I buy. Van's stay together better than any I've ever had. This skating shoe is so much more supportive and the feel is better. I'm afraid to wear them to the shop because they will get dirty. Comfy shoes.

I started skating in June in a pair of old Adidas Men's Daily 3.0's and they held up really nice, but i wanted a real pair of skate shoes. I had always heard of vans being the go-to's for skating so started searching. not only have they held up great in the first week of skating transition and popping as many ollies as possible, but they broke in incredibly fast. i've always heard of the pains of breaking in new shoes, and while im not 100% used to how the shoes feels in comparison to my old ones, that is the one and only thing that holds me back while skating these. within a few hours of first warm-ups then light skating, I was trying new things I had never dared try before and absolutely cruising in these shoes. not only that but i was legitimately extremely satisfied every time i looked down at my board bc instead of seeing some old, bland shoes i saw a pair of absolutely sick new skate shoes! thanks vans for the products!

I've been getting these same pair of shoes for the past 4 years in a row. They are the best pair of work shoes i've ever found. They are also my favorite everyday shoes. I even wore them to Disneyland. They are so comfortable and the popcush support is the best thing i've ever found for my flat feet!!

I bought these for the "look" because it totally matches my rainbow roller skating vibe to match my skating aesthetic AND originally it was just to wear them as shoes but hopefully I will be turning these into custom sneaker skates if not I may be buying another pair. I am SOLD on ComfyCush now and I LOVE the tongue stabilization straps and the upgraded features of these SK8 hi tops. I am already shopping for another pair of comfycush and hoping to have the same features in the next shoe I buy.

I've been wearing these old school high tops for decades but with the updated cushion soles and the added stability and support these are my go to shoes for ripping around on my bike. From skating to burning up tires on my Harley, simply the best! Always have been, always will be.

This Shoe not only looks amazing it also feels amazing, I like going with the Pro models because they have that extra cushioning. Vans definitely should be more popular than Nike

developed PF and haven't been able to wear my regular vans so i got these to help with the heel pain wear real socks, they need to be broken in!

Bought these shoes for my boyfriend who has flat feet and he absolutely loves them ! Definitely worth purchasing again !

I owned Vans back in my skateboarding days of the 1980's and 90's. They were kinda counter culture cool, but more importantly they held up to skateboarding. The new generation of bubble soles make them more comfortable than ever!

I use it daily just to go out I took them to walk around my college and they put up really well that sole is magical. Run smaller size 10 is 11,

I've owned 4 pairs of these shoes and absolutely love them. I wear them basically every day and do everything with them. I've tried other vans products and been disappointed, but these shoes have never let me down. Here are the 3 things I like most about the shoe: Grip: I don't really skateboard that much but I certainly ride bikes a whole lot. I find that this shoe offers great grip on flat pedals. It is awesome as just a commuter shoe or even a mountain biking shoe because of the grip. Off the bike I find that I'm never wanting for traction. Even in snow I find these shoes often times grip better than even my hiking boots. Fit/comfort: these shoes are extremely comfortable. As someone with a wider foot, I often find shoes to be uncomfortable after prolonged periods because they don't stretch to accommodate my foot. These on the other hand stretch over time to mold around the shape of my foot and they become extremely comfortable. I have no problem walking over 10 miles a day in this shoe. Other shoes from vans like their bmx waffle cup don't break in like this and it is for that reason I don't use them as a cycling shoe. Durability: these shoes have pretty great durability. I find that the construction of the shoe is solid overall. The duracap is a more stout construction than other vans and leads to the toe box being slightly water proof I find that after months of every day wear that the canvas will sometimes get small tears or that the material color will fade, but in my opinion it doesn't affect the performance of the shoe. The sole lasts a decently long time and holds up fairly well. I have not gotten the metal pins of my flat pedals to pierce the midsole, but they do tear it up a bit, common for the territory. They don't last as long as other outsoles but that's fine. It's the trade off you make for grip. I think for the amount of grip they are still adequately durable. Overall, I love these shoes and will continue yo buy them for the foreseeable future. If you never had vans, this shoe should be on your short list. I love these shoes, durable, grippy, comfortable, you can feel the ground the perfect amount and know exactly what's going on underneath your feet. They give you this added bit of control and precision that only comes with a shoe that lets your foot move as the creator intended.

Absolutely excellent, grippy & very comfortable - and yes the leather (suede) is of great quality & soft. These are Vans Sk8 Hi as you always imagined them to be. Although they need to restock/bring back Khaki/Gum please - one of my favorite pairs ever.

I'm a men's 6, but ordered a 6.5. Fit perfectly, because they run a bit small. I love the colour. I'm going to wear them to pride. They're very comfortable, but need a bit of breaking in, but that's normal. The shoes also came with another pair of shoelaces, which is great. All in all, order a half size or more up, and they'll fit perfectly.

These Skate Old Skoo shoes are perfect! The colors are Loud and proud! Good quality and fit perfect. I can where them everyday all day! A must buy and price is reasonable.
