I wanted to try vans that had a different insole since the normal ones are uncomfortable, and the popcush insoles definitely do it. They have been comfortable and my feet haven't felt uncomfortable while wearing them. They were tight for a day or two but that's normal so I wasn't worried about that, after a few days they felt comfortable to wear and aren't tight and uncomfortable anymore. These have been comfortable for walking so if you like vans and want to wear them on walks I recommend a skate version with the popcush insoles.

We always love vans. We wash them when dirty with no problem. the first time washed these the red liner inside bled through and they are now pink.

I don't know how many pairs of these I've had over the years, but I will continue to buy them. The fit is awesome, the support and board feel is there - just an all around great shoe. My only gripe is that I haven't seen a full suede build Authentic in a few years - those are my favorite, but until they return, this shoe is where it's at.

I have a number of Van's in a variety of colors, so the gray one was just right for me. I also have been buying the Pop cushion ones lately.

They fit and skate perfectly, they hug your heel also which keeps them in place while your skating but at the same time they don't cut into your heel or cause any kind of blisters, Vans nailed it on this one.

The best and most affordable skate shoe out there. The PopCush sole is worth it alone, but the duragrip fox taping and elastic tongue straps make it feel stable and secure from the first session and they just last. For the price, you can skate these for months, as opposed to weeks, which is huge if you are a grown adult who isn't a professional skateboarder and can't justify dropping significantly more than that on shoes you're finna burn through in a few weeks anyway. I have always worn the classic vans but as we all know they are not the most supportive. On a whim saw these and thought I would try them. Best shoe purchase ever! Night and day difference in comfort. These have a spring to them with a good amount of cushion. I hope that Vans will expand their color offering soon as it's only 5 at the moment.

Vans are the only go to shoe i would buy over and over again. Old skool pop cush and Slip ons, the original style... only shoe I will always wear. No matter what!

I highly recommend the Pop Cush padding over the original. I won't ever buy anything else.

The black on black version of this shoe was life changing. Had I know they were going away I would have bought 10 pairs.

I had several pairs of authentic pro and I loved all of them - but what's about the grey sole and the checkered flag tab? Why ditching the classic look? I loved the red vans tab.

I loved my Vans Eras, but had to switch styles because of foot problems. I love the extra support of these shoes and the best part is I can pull the inserts out to put in my own. I really wish that 1) Vans made more styles with removable inserts, and 2) these were available in more color choices. I've worn these shoes almost daily for a couple of years, including a new pair right before a vacation with a ton of walking, and never had a problem with breaking them in.

This is my second pair of these (had the first pair for a few years and wore them every day, plan to wear these into the ground, too). Absolutely love emthe pop cush makes a huge difference to how any miles I can put on them in a day without any knee pain (getting too old to live in the basics :/ ) and the style is so classic that it can pretty much go with anything. They fit pretty true-to-size and are easier to clean than I would have expected since there's some suede detailing. Highly recommend.

Authentic are dope, the skate versions r dope, the comfy cush are the best. Love Van's, have so many pairs its crazy.

Reliable for work, when you need a new pair, won't break the bank. I do 15k steps a day on average. They last a few months. Great for work.
