I would of gave five star for all the shoes I got but with this one pair it was a little small and I learned that returns while hassle free are not cost free. I felt like The part of the return policy they share with you at the bottom of the site was as little misleading on that

My right one is slightly bigger than the left. You can line them up heel to heel and tell the difference. Still like them, they’re my first pair of crocs ever so this might be common not sure.

I am giving this product a score of 3 because I really felt that the coloring would have included more brown tones. I do like them and hope that they will hold up as expected. I ordered a size smaller than my normal size which is what is done with Croc's.

Of course I do love my crocs and use them basically all the time, and replace them only when the bottoms get slick. Usually the old standards. This time I bought the Baya Realtree Xtra because it was on sale. Nothing Xtra here!
Problem is they do not have as much arch support, and the soles are not as thick, as my old slick bottoms, and curiously, the insole friction stubs are much shorter, and these measures compared to my old slick bottoms!! My old slick bottoms still have more inside stubs and thicker bottoms with more arch support than these brand new ones!
Crocs maybe saved a penny or two to make them slightly thinner. Really???

The “CROCS cutouts on the side is cute, but the spaces between the letters is too thin and it creates a weak point. The very first day my teen wore them, the side broke out where the “CROCS” letters are. See pictures. The top shoe is the standard hole spacing, and the bottom is the fancy logo spacing that broke.
