Toe box is very narrow, to the point that the proportions look odd compared to most other sneaker-like shoes. Overall these are stiff and there is not much cushion underfoot. My first time trying Cole Haan; for the price I expected much better. Returning.

I wanted to love these shoes so much since they look so cool! Even with my inserts, there isn’t enough support and at the end of the day, I was dying to get out of them. They leave my feet feeling flat and I am scared of cramping. I have already worn them out, so sadly I cannot return. I did expect more from a Cole Haan shoe. Good luck to others!

These shoes are cute and I really wanted them to work - however, the toe box is very narrow and they were very uncomfortable. I don't think even going up in size would resolve the issue with the narrow toe box. Had to return them and will look for a similar shoe in another brand with a wider and more comfortable toe box.

The shoe is comfortable, but has no ventilation holes, so your foot will sweat quickly in this shoe. The outer sole scuffs quickly. I went back to the Saucony Jazz Court plain white sneaker - which is cheaper and holds up better. I’ve worn these so I’ll be donating them since I can’t return.

Shoes are cute, nice leather, but look huge on my feet. The arch support is not great for high arches. Returned for credit.

These looked great, but unfortunately the material used for the shoe is a strange and low quality. It is not very pliable, and worst of all, it makes a lot of noise with every step. Since it is not leather, there is no hope of it breaking in.

I think they were true to size and they felt like they had good support but the toe box is pointed and too narrow.

Very narrow toe box for my moderately wide feet. Pinky toe rubbing so returned.

This shoe was huge. I normally wear an 8.5, occasionally an 8 or 9. I ordered an 8.5 as zappos recommended and it’s huge, fit like a man’s 8.5 it’s so big, but it is marked Womens. It’s so big I can’t tell if would be comfortable or not if right size and I’m not even sure going down full size would be enough….plus it now costs $40 more. I will be returning and not try different size

These shoes are cut more like an Oxford than a sneaker. They are narrower around the toe area, which creates a dressier look (if you want that) but for me it also created discomfort /pinching around the toe box and sides of the shoe. The sole was cushiony and comfortable, however I will be returning them.

Too narrow in toe box too wide in heel. Really surprised at how bad the fit was given the reviews. Heel slips when walking. Not a well designed shoe. I won't be coming back to this brand again for sneakers. Ecco, Dansko, fit flop and even old school pumas fit much better. My search continues.

While this is a cute shoe the toe box is too small which pushes my toes together, causing pain in my feet. Unfortunately they have to go back.
