I usually wear Bobs, not Toms, but found the Toms to be much narrower and smaller, despite buying a half size larger. The fabric was very stiff and unyielding, and I couldn't even get them on my feet.

The shoe looked good, but unfortunately couldn't even get my foot into it. Sometimes I need wide, but sometimes medium works. Not this time. I'm also between 6 1/2 and 7 now, but because I couldn't get my foot in, not sure if a half size larger or full size would solve the problem.

Had to return because I couldn't fit my foot into the shoe! It was long enough and wide enough for my foot, but the top panel came too far up and didn't allow my foot to slip into it comfortably (or at all), even though there's a tiny wedge of elastic in the center, presumably for some flexibility. Not enough, unfortunately.

I love the look of this shoe. Beautiful cherry red color and fit my wide foot perfectly. But once I walked wearing the shoe, I immediately felt the back of the shoe rubbing against the top of my heel. The material is stiff back there and felt sharp enough that if I had walked as I normally would while wearing these shoes, I would have developed a blister. No way I could break these in without suffering! These are the types of shoes I wear without socks, or with low flats socks. I will be returning the shoes and keep looking. What's funny is that I wore out a pair of Toms knock offs from Target, which were super soft and comfortable, and wish I could buy another pair!

Runs small, comfortable and the fabric was flexible and soft .

I put this on and immediately took them off based on the material rubbing against my heel. Since everyone raves about Toms, I thought this silver pair would be great for a work-appropriate shoe. But the stiffness and scratchy feel from the heel was too much.

Horribly uncomfortable. Supposed to be a comfortable slip on but the back is hard and unyelding and rubbed blisters.

The top rubs the top of your foot. Not comfortable. I've owned 5 pairs of toms and something is wrong with this fit

How can a slipper shoe be uncomfortable? I tried them on and thought they fit ok, so I wore them. After a day of running errands in what was thought to be one of my new favorite comfy shoes, I found myself regretting my choice. They caused blisters and cut my feet up. This isn't my first pair of Tom's Alpargata's so I was really surprised this happened. Perhaps this pair just wasn't made correctly. They were dramatically marked down and I thought this was because of the hot pink color not being appreciated. The color was very different in person as compared to how I saw it on the computer- but online shopping is usually a little surprising. Personally, I liked the neon hot pink color of the actual shoe. It was the horrible fit that created the problem. I called Zappos to see if I could return them, even though I had worn them for a day and had discarded the original packaging. I have to say, the customer service at Zappos is outstanding. They offered a refund for the used shoes without hesitation. Thanks Zappos, you're the best, even if Toms aren't.

The fit was horrible. I wore one time and had blisters all over the back of my feet.

Shoes were vey flimsy with no support on the sides. It was almost as if they had been washed. I have never had this problem before with Tom's shoes and I have many pairs. Very disappointing as the light blue color was pretty. Would have given no stars if possible.

Love the print and color but couldn't even get my foot into the shoe in my regular size so I'm returning it. I have a pair of Toms shoes in a different style that fit well that I did not get from Zappo's so I will look at retail to find and try on the shoes I'm returning in another size. This is the second pair of shoes from Zappo's that I've returned within a month because they did not fit; Zappo's needs to work with their suppliers.
