The shoe was not the correct size. I am a size 10.5, and the sneaker's box was marked as 10.5 but this sneaker was clearly at least a size 12. And there are no size labels inside the shoe (not a good manufacturing practice) so it was impossible to tell if the shoe was just packed in the wrong box or if Cole Haan has a sizing problem in manufacturing this particular sneaker. I have 4 other pairs of Cole Haan sneakers, and all are 10.5 and are identical in length and all are much smaller than the shoe I ordered.
