What makes these shoes work is the last or form they used to make them. They fit well! They are the best fitting golf shoe I have tried. I was able to wear them right out of the box. That being said, I considered sending them back because of bumps underneath the removable insoles. Both shoes have bumps under the felt lining on the sides of the ball of the foot. They did not go away with wear or flatten out. I expected more for the price. I did buy a 1/2 size bigger for wearing medium weight socks. I was happy with that decision, but I would say they are true to size. They have excellent grip and make getting in out of bunkers or going up and down hills much easier. The boa system has worked well so far. The are cut low around the ankles. Many shoes rub my ankles and these did not. Overall, I am happy with these shoes.

I am so, so picky when it comes to comfort. I only buy brands like naturalizer and sketchers because there is plenty of cushion. I tried footjoy golf shoes and they were not near comfortable enough. Then my husband said I didn't try the right style, that this style was way more cushiony than other footjoy styles. Low and behold! He was correct! These and MG4+ are the only golf shoes that I have sound that are cushy enough for me to buy and keep! I wear a 7 1/2 but have a fairly wide foot (not wide enough to buy size wide in other brands though). I ordered an 8 in the footjoy because they are to skinny for me in a 7 1/2. This is why the overall rating is 4 stars. They may stretch if I would go through the break in process but I don't want to spend this amount of money and hope the 7 1/2 would stretch to be more comfortable for my wide foot. I"m happy with the 8

I ordered size 9 and they felt pretty good. I walked around the house, but there was a rub on the heel, so I couldn't keep them. I didn't want to think that if I broke them in that the rub would be gone. I like the looks of these, but the toe is a little too rounded for my liking.

Since I have such a narrow foot, I can't often buy shoes in my size. More and more manufacturers no longer make narrow shoes, so those of us with narrow feet are ignored. These Dry Joys are great. I wore them for the first time today and the only thing wrong was that the tongue could have been about 1/8" shorter for me. Other than that it was perfect.

As these are made of synthetic material they do not give as much as leather ones. They are stylish however and lighter. I take a 9 1/2 wide.

a good classic looking shoe, very plain but nice looking. a bit short, so order half size up especially if you wear any kind of padded sport sock

The fit was true to size but the material of the shoe seemed like it was plastic. No style.

Fit and size were good. And quite comfortable. My one concern was they are usually waterproof for 2 years and the third time wearing them my feet (socks) did get a little wet. I have had other foot joys that worked well for two years.

Loved the style. The toe area was too small. I ordered a whole size larger and they still hurt my big toe.
