I love this hat, own three. Looks better than a baseball cap and is much more comfortable. Someone here said it sweat stains. This is true, on the lighter colors. To clean, I saturate the DRY stained area with Dawn, let it absorb a few hours, then gently massage the soap out in lukewarm water. Works for me.

Best hat I've ever owned, baseball caps have never really fit me, anyone with long thick coarse hair probably agrees that finding a cap that stays on without clamping it down super tight is hard to find. That is not the case with this hat in any way. It just fits and fits really well, buy one today you won't regret it, they're simply great!

I agree with "Pete" that an XL is needed for this cap. I love this cap, but one complaint I have is that your size L is variable in its fit. Thus, instead of ordering on-line, I have to visit a store to try on multiple caps to find one that will actually fit. Often the color I want is not available in the store. But the cap is spectacular, well-constructed, and it survives the washing machine just fine. My present cap has survived travel to eight countries on three continents.

I love this cap. It is the best cap I've ever owned. The only problem is that it does not come in size XL. L is a little too tight for me. PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE THIS IN XL!!!

Please, please, please... make this cap available in small again. I have to order it in kids large. I like the bungee draw string. Kids have a velcro adjustment. At least make the adult colors available in kids size. I now only have one choice of color, green. I would like to have black and tan again, not available in kids size. Please, I order 2 of these caps each year. I wear them year round, every day.

First of all, I LOVE this cap. It's features are brilliant & seamlessly integrated; I show them off (read: sell) any chance I get,& people always want one too. Genius. So why not 5 stars? Two reasons. One is sweat stains. I can't get them out. Tried all I could think of, starting w/the label instructions. I chose to replace it rather than continue wearing it, & that practice won't continue. The other, far less concerning, is the sunglass 'parking lot'. Another brilliant design innovation, along with the folding brim, innocuous inside pocket & extremely effective bungee adjustment, I am unable to guide both temples into the slots without removing the cap to do it. I work at a major outdoor retailer (discretion) where I bought the cap. After owning the cap, I urged a department manager to order more & more assertively merchandise the product because I know it will fly out of the store. This is my first time to your website & I see you're doing lots of really cool things. Keep up the good work!! And thanks a lot!

As caps go, this is the best ever in my experience. Looks, feels, and fits great. A touch spendy, compared to cheap ball caps or whatever, but well worth the price. It's one of those rare products you hope they never change or stop making.

I love this hat! I am a lady with a large head, and it's very hard for me to buy hats that are 1. large enough and 2. cute. This hat (in size large) is both. I love the Juniper color-- it goes with everything. I throw mine in the washer on a regular basis. In fact, I love this hat so much that when I fell off a paddleboard and lost it in the lake, I ordered another one.

I am buying my second Sun tripper cap after 2 years, just because I thought, "I'd really like one of these in blue!" (I decided on pale purple instead..). I wear this hat for every run and I love it. It's one of the best "essential gear" purchases I've made in the last few years. I have hyper-pigmentation on my face, and this cap has a nice brim size to keep the sun off. I also really like the secret pocket, and it washes up easily. I highly recommend this cap. Enjoy!

I use this hat all the time, running, hiking, walking, and just enjoying the sun outside! It is very easy to take everywhere (it folds in half!) and is very flattering, I always get compliments. Being easy to clean is really nice too.

We love this hat for running around in the sun. It is a great fit for my 2 year old and she loves wearing it...very cute.

I apply it to my neck, upper chest and upper back area every morning after my bath. I love the texture of this light cream and the sun protection it gives me.

Very comfortable. I wear them for all my outdoor activities and my dermatologist is very happy with my skin's lack of UV exposure! I'd like to see a sport pant product.

This is a sharp-looking but highly functional hat. Gives great protection with uncompromising style/looks. It's my new go-to hat for knock-about time. It's light, has great ventilation, made of high function material and quality construction. Price is great, too. Only wish it came in more colors!

Love the hat and bought a second one. Wish there was one size increment larger than what is offered. After several (and I mean several washings) it starts to shrink.

I bought this hat because I saw a friend wearing it in my water aerobics class. I just received it yesterday. I would like to mention that I don't wear hats because I think I look stupid in them. This is the only hat that I have ever worn that makes me feel like I look kind of cool. Not only that but it keeps the sun off my head while I'm doing water aerobics, gardening or taking my dog for a walk. I am so glad that I found Sunday Afternoons. This hat is very stylish and comfortable. I own 2 and just bought two more to give as Christmas gifts to my 20+ daughters. This will help protect their eyes and scalp.

I like the look and the fit of the Sun Tripper Cap. It's light, you can fold it and it's breathable when you walk outdoors. I am very satisfied with this purchase from Sunday Afternoons.

I have a smaller head, and have trouble finding a brim style hat that fits well and is flattering. The Sun Tripper Hat totally works for me. I bought this hat before a trip. It packs well, and does not get crushed. I love how lightweight and breathable the fabric is. The brim isn't too large, but definitely offers sun protection. The adjustable strap in the back is great. It's been perfect for the beach, in the yard, at the park with the kids, and for walks. I've gotten lots of complements on it, and am extremely happy with this purchase. Thank you!

Awesome hat. First saw it on a cruise ship. I like it for the beach because it is lightweight, has vents and is adjustable. My favorite hat.

My husband bought this hat several years ago. He wears it working, hiking and for everyday use. It was very worn out and he wanted a new one but couldn't find it in the stores, so I ordered online for him for Christmas. Same color.....just new and NO sweat band around it! Great quality!

I bought this hat online wondering if it was going to be as comfortable as what it looks. I was not disappointed!!! This cap fits better than a ball cap, and the style is more complimentary to us female folk! A must have for those of us who enjoy the sun and style as well.
