This hat is the best. It's a unique look. The cloth inside and around the brim shields me from the sun and cuts down on the glare. Very sturdy. Well made.

Large brim protects me from the sun while teaching PE. The black fabric on the underside of the hat cuts down the glare reflecting off of the blacktop . I like the sturdiness of the hat, and it doesn't flop around while I am teaching , running etc. with my classes.

I love this hat. It looks great and has a fantastic fit. It's perfect for walking the dog or working outside. While it is not flexible like some of the other sun hats, it offers a durability that they can't provide.

Great hat. Came out of packaging a little bent and cracked. Was able to flatten out. Otherwise 5 stars.

I originally bought this hat for ME to wear kayaking. My son claimed it so I may have to buy another one. The only complaint that I have is that it is a tad bit snug on my big head.

nice hat, but one size does not fit all little small for my head

My husband found this hat too thick and heavy for his needs. He works outside in the sun and felt hot wearing this hat. He went back to his lighter weight, older hat. It may work for others though.

Came crushed in shipping, tried to fix with some success, straw already starting to crack after just a couple weeks

Unlike Zappos, this hat took a long time in shipping which is weird. Then when it finally arrived, it was in a box that was too small and the hat had been crushed. All of the straw was smashed and broken. Have to return. What was nice about the hat is the comfort band and then what appears to be a sweat strip in the top of the hat (inside). Might have been a nice hat, had it been properly shipped in a box large enough. Disappointed in Zappos on this one.
