I must tell you that I love love love these sneakers. These are so comfortable. I don't wear any white on sneakers, so as a woman I went with the men's sneakers. I went down a size and a half from the women's to a men's. The only thing that I wish that Timberland would do is on the insole I wish the word "Timberland" was for it to be sewn in. That way the word would last forever in the sneakers.

I don't think I've ever had a pair of sneakers my dad has wanted to take and wear so bad. I spoke so highly about them he is jealous he doesn't have a pair. This sneakers are great for everyday wear although alittle stiff at first, you can easy go from a trail run/hike to walking around the office. They are great looking and very useful. They are extremely true to size so if you are truly a 8.5 you should order an 8.5 - a bigger shoe here will chase the heal to lift. I love these sneakers and I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a good looking everyday sneaker

So far I have been using them for walks in the hills in the mountains around the house. Feel nice and comfortable and have a pretty nice cushion to keep my feet from feeling sore on the longer walks. Hope to test them soon biking or trail running as the tread looks like they should work well for those as well. I have a pretty wide foot so went a half size larger than normal and that seemed to be a good fit after a couple wears to stretch them out a tad. Definitely recommend for long or short walkers.

I use these shoes for a LOT of city walking and light hiking. They are sturdier and more protective than most mesh-style walking and sports shoes, and offer better arch support. They seem to hold up well after a couple of miles of fast walking on hard surfaces, after other shoes I've had will show their weaknesses. One minor problem: the "Achilles tendon protector" collar is stiff and can irritate that area until you break the shoes in. It took me a few band aids to get by that issue; now, no problem. Good product.

I deliver packages in these shoes. They are very comfortable and have a nice bounce when I walk in them. The only problem is I found them to be a little wide. I don't like my feet sliding around.

There is a lot to like with these shoes, though ultimately I returned them. They look good, the fabric upper has the right stiffness, they're light, they're comfortable, and Timberland's have been (and continue to be) great for me. One small concern for me is the lacing, which is through lacing (i.e. chords) rather than eyelets. The system works well to snug up the shoe, and I have to assume it's been tested enough to know that the chords hold up for the life of the shoes, but an 'eyelet-chord' failure is concern I had. The two main reasons I returned these shoes are: 1) the arch support is minimal - there's some, but not enough for my very normal arches; and 2) the shoes have a larger drop than I was looking for with this purchase. If there had been just either one of those issues I would have kept them. Those are person-specific things. These are great shoes that will be perfect for a lot of people.

It came in a packing box that was to small and was fully wrapped in packing tape. The mesh sneaker was a medium which I wear in all Timberland shoes and boots but was a little shy in the width and tight , I returned the product and customer service was great ,

It was true to size, and the width of the show was good but the soles are too tall and it caused a blister on the back of my ankle from rubbing.
