Great Great Great

Shoe is one full size smaller! I am 10.5 and this feels 9.5.

The shoes are nice they seem to have a worn look when they arrive. I sent the first pair back thinking they had sent me a used pair but the second pair seemed to look worse . I’m assuming it’s the way the shoes are positioned in the box and the rubbing makes it look a bit white around the edges like scuffs . I would suggest making some type of protective bag they come in to prevent this from happening . Overall I’m still satisfied because my second pair which happen to be gray look fabulous , but the black didn’t look as expected,

Color in photos not accurate for Dark Sand Suede. Actual product is noticeably lighter in color. I would prefer color in the photo as that's why I selected it.

looks & feels great

Great looking chuka style boot for teens; the textured sole looks okay but probably ok for teens but feels "squishy" when walking.

The shoe was too narrow for me, but I usually wear a 4X wide, but I wanted to try this shoe just in case it may be wide enough but it wasn’t. I love the suede material, did not particularly like the aesthetics of the rubber sole. Back in the 70’s I had a pair of Wallaby’s and they were very comfortable. Of course since then my feet have spread out.

I have several pairs of the Shacre by Clarks and I like very much Navy, Tan Pebbled Leather, Beeswax. There is a problem with the shoe in black being a more narrow fit than the shoe in other colors. There is a problem with the burgundy shoe in that some pairs have not had the dye applied evenly. If you can get yourself fitted correctly you may like this shoe very much but it can be very hard to get fitted. I am a woman, tall and my feet are a size 11 in most shoes for women. However Clarks, which I love very much, show enormous variation of sizes between styles, and even within some styles from color to color. In men's Clarks such as Shacre I wear an 8 wide, 8.5 medium, or a 9 medium dependant on the color. In Clarks for women, I wear a 10 wide, a 9.5 wide or as small as a 9 wide. But in Merrell, Ahnu, and Dansko I wear an 11 medium. Go figure! By the way, the Zappos website is a nightmare to use on a tablet, my tablet. Furthermore, I do not like the foolish cutesy-ness of phoning the Zappos support. No I do not want the joke of the day. Yes I would like to be able to disable the hold music but it does not disable. Very irritating.

The left shoe is wider than the right one.

This is not a wide shoe.

Ordered size 10.5 and that's what the shoes said when they arrived. Tried them on and a full size too large plus I think they looked better on the ad then in person. I do appreciate the relatively easy return process as I sent them back.

Got two right feet

These shoes seemed a little longer than regular size. Because of this I was concerned about unusual creasing.

It has some decorations, where the rubber meets the leather. It seems that the leather got scuffed when the shoe was put together.

Worst shoes. The heel and soul is smaller than overall shoe. So they twist. Almost broke my ankle on a couple of occasions.

I know my package never arrived able they are not doing the right thing and either refund or replacement

Exceptionally narrow! I couldn't fit my foot past the opening (even fully unlaced), much less into the shoe!
