I love It for the fall. This hat doesn't have that adjustable head band that some of your other ones do. It fits a little snug and it would be nice to have that feature.

Arrived in a tiny bag not a box, smashed to smithereens. I give up on buying hats from Zappos. This is apparently how they always pack them. These are $60-$70 hats and I’ve now bought about 10 of them, and they’ve all arrived misshapen. I give up.

Hat arrive smashed. This is an issue I’ve had in the past when ordering hats from Zappos, but this time, three hats arrived smashed beyond repair. Come on Zappos, please pack hats the way they deserve to be.
