These are great slippers for indoor use, but they are horrible for outdoor use. In warm weather they very easily come off your feet on anything other than completely flat ground, and in cold weather they are simply dangerous. The rubber and fabric soles collect even the smallest amounts of snow, turning the bottom of each slipper into a sheet of ice. Just taking my dog outside and walking a few feet in a very light coating of snow sent me flying down the stairs when my icy feet flew out from underneath me. If you want real outdoor slippers, these are not them. These are indoor-only, or outdoor under only perfect, dry, warm conditions.

What? I bought these based on the other reviews. The picture and reviews seemed to indicate a wide open inside (I have a "tall" foot). But much to my disappointment, the padding of the slipper is very thick and firm. If it were soft, my foot might be able to slide all the way into the slipper. Even if they had, it felt like I was walking on stone from the firmness of the sole.

After only one year of wearing these slippers strictly around the house both slippers are tearing around the seams. I am always looking for a reasonably priced good quality slipper and these certainly are not.

These slippers are very hard, no cushioning.

Very uncomfortable soul is as hard as my tile floor. But if you’re just looking for style they look great you don’t mind standing on what feels like a board.

Because you gave me the opportunity to order by a specific size, I was surprised to receive slippers labeled, “Large.” I would expect to see a huge pile of these at a discount store beneath a sign reading, “Xmas slippers—$9.99.”

The worst pair of slippers I've ever bought. Feels like Im walking on concrete. Literally shopping for some Dr Scholls as we speak to replace the insoles in these slippers. Will never buy this brand ever again.

These were much shorter than I expected!

I wear a size 11. I ordered and received size 11. They were significantly smaller than I could possibly wear. I ordered size 12. They were marginally smaller than I could wear, both in length and in width. However, with the 12s, I could force my foot into the shoe and then discover that the toe box isn't only narrow; it is low. So, both go back. It's a shame too. These are attractive shoes. Loving Zappos but these slippers? Not so much.

Zero support. Very rigid. No cushion. Uncomfortable.

Narrower than most regular/medium width shoes I've tried on. Seemed a little shorter too. Hard to judge the quality or comfort when the shoe is so tight your foot goes numb... Bummer because it looks like it'd be warm.

My first pair had to be returned because the outer material was poorly sewn. After wearing the second pair a few months, the cloth material on the sole began to peel away and slowly disintegrated (WHY make a slipper with a cloth-over-rubber sole?!) One last complaint: the inner footbed is quite thin and the faux fur lining flattens even thinner after a short amount of use.

These started falling apart after a few weeks of wearing around the house. Like others have said, the cloth glued to the sole is ridiculous and fails quickly. Soon after the rubber around the sole inserts starts to peel and before long there's a 1"x2" hole under the heel. Total crap, never worn out side except to step onto the stoop to get a package. Just avoid this and frankly all Deer Stags' slippers as they seem to share this same sole on all models.

I purchased these recently and have only been wearing them for about a week. I have worn them indoors only, on carpet, tile and hardwood floors. However, the soles of these have a very thin, woven fabric layer, presumably to make them quieter, that immediately started fraying badly, at every place there is an edge! I am amazed that the company who makes them would continue with this construction! The bottom fabric layer on the soles is fraying unbelievably. Sorry, but I would have to say that no one should buy these, given this flaw.

Sadly this slipper was way too small for me. I wear an 11W in women's sizes but will sometimes order the comparable 9wide in men's if I see a style I like and the women's is not available. In this case I actually ordered a 10W(3E)men's, which was a full size higher than I wear and their version of wide. I expected it to fit a little loosely, but nope, it was tight and short and going back.

I did not like this shoe. It did not offer any stability or comfort in my opinion. The comfort is just not there.

I can’t say for sure what these things are made of, but it worries me. These have to be cheapest, most poorly made things that have ever been on my feet. I haven’t had then long and they are already broken down, not that they were nice to begin with. I think I paid $22 on sale. They list for $40. They might be wiorth $8.

Bought these for my husband and while they are comfortable and look great, they have already fallen apart in less than 2 months of actual use. They have been worn inside and not outside, even though they have a rubber type backing. Very frustrating to spend this amount for them to not last.

I have had these for 6 weeks and the fuzzy stuff on the footbed is already falling out and clumping. While they look good and initially feel good, they are junk. Very disappointed.
