I really cannot review this shoe because I’ve ordered it twice and was sent a pair of Oofas sandals TWICE. In reading some of the other reviews this has happened before. Now I have to bother with sending the shoes back which is an inconvenience to me. Customer service was not helpful so I’ve since ordered the shoes directly from Oofas. I’m not a happy customer with Zappos.

I have ordered this shoe twice, each time I have received a black Oofos sandal not the camo sneaker. Very disappointed and from what I know it’s now not available. Very unhappy about this experience with Zappos and I’ve spent about $500 over the last few months with them. Now I have to send the shoes back which is very inconvenient.

This order was a disaster. They sent the entirely wrong shoe, and 4 sizes too small. I returned them of course. They were supposed to credit me the return and put something in my account for the inconvenience and time it took to resolve. They have done neither. Requiring more effort an time on my part to get this resolved. Com on Zappos!!

They did NOT send what I ordered!

We ordered this shoe 3 times and continued to get sandals instead. We were never able to receive the correct shoe. Customer service refunded us and was looking into why we kept getting the wrong shoe. Bottom line is after all that we ended up not being able to purchase these.

Would love to leave a review! I tried to order these shoes TWICE and got the wrong shoes! The first time it happened customer service said they would send the correct shoes, little did I know it was going to happen again. I called customer service again and I was told it was an Oofos bin problem at the Shepherdsville, KY warehouse and refunded my money and said I could keep the shoes I didn’t order. Zappos get it together!

I wanted to love these because the Oofos slide is so comfortable. I have a lot of foot pain and thought these would be great for walking. I ordered my size and they were uncomfortably small. My toes were squished. The back of the shoe rubs terribly and created awful blisters. I couldn’t wait to get them off my feet. The cushioning is nice but not worth the pain of the shoe. No where near worth the price. I was very disappointed. I sent them back.

I’ve heard so many good things about these shoes. I am not impressed. First of all I ordered two different sizes in a medium width. Zappos keeps sending a wide width. I am a true 7.5. I worked for a shoe company they measure your foot every which way to determine your true size. They shoe was too short…even looked short. I returned the 7.5 and ordered an 8. The wide width causes your foot to slide forward and hurts your toes. On a positive note the foam feel very soft.

Very happy with the Zappos prompt service. Had to return the shoes twice for exchange and finally returned it all together as the fit was not comfortable. Will have to try another brand than Oofos.

Sadly, the toe box on these was not as wide as I had hoped/needed. The arch support is great, but they will not work for me.

This was a replacement of a black pair that was defective on the back of the shoe. The fit on these was very different and will be returning.
