This crocs are uncomfortable, l don't like so l return it back

They came damaged, I have written to Crocs several times and NO response at all. Very very disappointed for someone that owns over 20pairs of crocs. By the time I receive a call, email responding to this damage pair, I'm entitled to a free one. Unbelievable
