I wish this shoe would have worked for me. It looked great on, but the heel is stiff and goes up high enough to irritate the back of my heel. I don’t want a shoe that I have to painfully break in.

Insanely comfortable right away! No need to break these babies in!

I bought this shoe in Narrow width, but it was too narrow. I could barely get my foot in it, and then it was too tight. I bought another Clark shoe made with the same sole in a narrow, and it fit a bit generously. I put an insole in that shoe to help it fit better. The Serena Paige runs narrower.

These loafers are really cute but the are too narrow for my size 6 foot. This is not unusual but I can normally get a good fit from Clarks without having to order wides. This comes in a wide version so I'll try that one.

I ordered the wide-width and these were still too narrow. Definitely NOT a D width, which is what I searched for on Zappos. Disappointed.

Although they felt true to size in length (but not width), my heels came about halfway out of the shoes with every step. Also, I have a small foot and the look of these shoes was not flattering to my feet. I returned them post haste.

This is a cute shoe but runs very narrow making it an uncomfortable fit. I've always worn a 6 1/2 medium in Clarks so it was surprising to purchase a pair of Clarks shoes that do not fit.

Bought the fabric style for my daughter. She loved the style and the fit across her foot but said the heel was too wide and slipped. She is returning them.

My Clark’s are all 8.5. But I ordered the Serena Paige which was too small and too narrow, so I ordered 9W which was too big all around. Thankfully, with Zappos great return policy, I can keep shopping til I find the right shoe!

These are super cute and just what style/color I was looking for. However, like another reviewer said, the shoes are too tight across the top of my foot. I do not have a wide foot. I wear 8M. I am going to return them and try an 8W because I like the look of them so much.

Toe box is a little small and the fabric is very rough. Not a comfort shoe for me.

Good looking white sole. A good bit of cushion. They're quite narrow and they're very cardboard-y. This combo makes them not breathable so they're sweaty. But... cute!

I replaced the insoles with mine and the shoes are alright. The fabric didn't get soft, and I had to use moleskin where it rubbed my foot. Disappointing and probably my last pair of Clarks. They start out great, but don't quite make it.

A very good looking summer shoe. Seems true to size, but I have a high arch and it would have been much easider to slip these on and off if they elastic gores at the top like other similar styles do. Once on, they are quite comfortable

I liked the looks of the shoe but even though I purchased a narrow width these were extremely wide and will have to return them.

I wanted these to work so much, but nope. I usually wear 9.5 or 10 W, sometimes a 10M. The 9.5 W was stiffer and tighter on my foot than expected. Alas, not the comfy shoe I was looking for.

I ordered the navy blue striped Serena Paige, size 8M, my normal size. The shoes are cute, but felt tight, canvas felt stiff. The top of the shoe (vamp?) dug into my instep. I am returning them. I've had several foot surgeries and always have problems finding shoes that are comfortable and fit well. So thankful for Zappo's customer service and return policy.

This shoe was much too long and wide for a 9 Narrow.

I am a regular size 8 in most shoes. I got a wide because I have a high instep, but these were narrow and very stiff.

This shoe hurt the back of my heel so returning. Otherwise quite comfortable and seemed like a good quality shoe.
