The ornament on the toe is cheap shiny plastic and looks like it

After receiving the replacement pair, in the W width, the fit was fine. The shoe is comfortable and will make a nice dressy shoe with pants or with dresses, for a 78-year-old with advancing mobility issues. It's quite a pretty shoe. I first tried it in the evening, when my feet are swollen, and it fit just fine.

I was very surprised that they fit so well. I ordered a 9W even though I’m 8.5. Usually with wider feet you need to go up a size but honestly i could have gotten the 8.5 w for an even more perfect fit. But the 9W fits wonderfully and very comfortable. Happy with the purchase. I love that Zappos offers additional sizes that you can’t find in stores and they ship super fast! :)

I love this shoe style so much that I ordered another pair. Have been searching for about 3 years for a nice "ballerina" style flat with rounded type toe for comfort. I have finally found it in this style. I don't know how the leather will hold up as I have only worn for a few times and do not wear them as "run around" shoes.

I ordered these a half size up because with any ballet style slipper it has been my experience that is best. So, they are a little large but not enough to send back. I love the style and how they look. I have to stand a lot when wearing these so the little extra room will be welcome. I am keeping them.

This shoe fits great, but I didn't like the decoration. On a size 5.5, it looked big and VERY shiny.

The shoe size was accurate, and they are very attractive. However, after wearing the shoes in my house a couple of days for about 4 hours each day they still were uncomfortable to wear after a couple of hours. My feet are difficult to find a comfortable fit, so I will need to return them.

I thought the embellishment on the top was cheap looking. It is the reason I am returning the shoe.

Way too big and slip on the heel. Also they don't look very stylish.
