The size 5.5 was small, I order size 6 and is perfect for my feet.

Quality of leather was good, shoe was very comfortable, the size ran larger. I had to exchange for a half size smaller

I loved this shoe but the size was not right for my very hard to fit foot. I’m reordering a half size larger but not with high hopes.

Everything was perfect except for the heels. My heels kept slipping out. I tried with two heel adjusters in each shoe and my heels still slipped out which made it difficult to walk, I had to stop with each step and align my heel to get it back in the shoe. If I could get the same shoe with the same toe box but a narrower heel, I would. The shoe was comfortable and the length was perfect.

These are beautiful and very well made. Only because the cross straps were cutting me at the ball of my foot did I return them. I wish I could have kept them!

I cannot wear ballet-style shoes and these cut me at the same place as any similar shoe.

Very nice shoe, soft leather. I just wish it had a little higher heel.

Most of the time Clark's are dependable for sizing, comfort, support and style. The right shoe was slightly tight in the width for me. But I'm going to keep them because they'll look cute with jeans, capris and more and hopefully they'll stretch just a bit.

Very cute but to big but had to exchange them. I wear an 8W but returned for a 7W. This is my first order. Customer Service was great!

Beautiful and comfortable, with quality materials and craftsmanship. Unfortunately they don't work for my foot shape; I'd tried on a regular width in a store, and the toes were too cramped (as expected for my wide feet) but while the wide width I ordered here on Zappos fits perfectly in the toes, it's much too wide through the midfoot and heel.

Didn't think I could wear this shoe long enough to stretch the width to be comfortable. The length was right and I loved the color.

I appear to be between sizes. the half size I needed was not available at timer I ordered, or for the style, so ordered next size which gave extra length but also extra width. not the size i need.

1/2 size too big. I wear an 8, will exchange for a 7 1/2

I love the style of these shoes but they are not the most comfortable shoes. They are ok for the "narrow" width but the length is a little bit short. I kept them and wear them when I know I won't have to walk very far in them.

Looked great. Heel slipped and they were just a bit sloppy on my foot. Not much give or support.

I frequently buy Clark's shoes and tried these as I liked the look of them. However, as much as I like them and they can be worn with almost anything, I have to give less stars as they seemed about a half size to short. I was able to stretch the toe area enough that they are wearable but they are just not as comfortable as other Clarks style of shoe. I usually wear an 11 narrow and the width was fine but not the length.

These are cute, but too tight. I always order a M width in Clarks, but these run narrow! If they offer a W width, I will exchange them. I got the 2-toned Navy color.

This shoe is attractive and well made. I found that it was about a half size too large. I wear a narrow and this dimension was accurate. Since it was too large I could not evaluate the comfort or overall quality. Zappos has always been exceptional in accepting returns and exchanges. I am reordering in a smaller size.

Really like the style of these shoes. However, I can't wear them all day. They get uncomfortable. Needs a bit more support.

Cute, but definitely run large, according to every measurement chart I'm an 8, and I almost always fit an 8, but my heel was slipping every step. Not particularly comfortable.
