I usually order medium width, but these felt narrow. Felt like I was walking on the edges. They had to go back.

Fits weird, even with adjustments. Something to do with where the back strap attaches to the foot bed.

Unfortunately the arch support rubs foot and makes these shoes fit like a very narrow sandal.

Disappointed...love Clark sandals, but these are not one of them. I wear a size 10,these seemed more like a 9. The arch support was not comfortable,hit on the wrong part of my arch. Am returning them??

I usually have great luck w Clark's. But these felt cheap, felt short for size 8, and the instep strap on the right one rubbed my foot too much to keep them. I clicked "excellent arch support"...but actually the arch support was so hard and didn't hit in the right place, it hurt when I walked in these. The insole is too hard.

The scoped out heel makes this shoe very uncomfortable. I started with a narrow width but thought perhaps a medium (and half size larger) would be more comfortable. Sadly, that was not the case. Not sure why Clarks thinks the cut-out in the footbed at the heel is a plus. It definitely is not. Sad, because usually, Clarks are soooo comfortable. Just not this time.

I read the other reviews about the "bump" at the instep, and I thought, well I have high arches, I love arch support, what could be so bad? But, unfortunately, the bump is for real, kids, and either that or something else about the fit caused my feet to pronate. Which would be hell on the old knees, so I'm returning them. My last pair of Clarks was divine, they must have changed the design of the footbed. It's terrible.

I really wanted to like this sandal! The style was perfect for me and the velcro adjustment a huge plus. Unfortunately, I have very flat feet and, while other Clarks shoes have felt very comfortable, the inner edge of the sandle immediately dug into my foot. There was no way that I would feel comfortable walking in them. They may be more comfortable for someone with at least a moderate arch.

Please see my review of the 8 1/2N. The same applies to the 9M. Clarks needs to stop scoping out the heel-bed. NOT comfortable.

I have purchased many pairs of Clarks sandals over the years but this is the first time I have ever found them to be extremely uncomfortable. The scooped out heel is terrible and the "lining" isn't soft and pliable as the ones in the past. Why would you mess up a really comfortable sandal? I'm so disappointed!

I love these sandals. Super comfortable, I got the white leather and it looks super cute. They are easy to walk around in. I find the foot support to be nice and not really noticeable or get in the way. I like that the heel is not too high and there is some flex in the shoe (it's not a stiff wedge), and with the straps going up pretty far up the shoe, these feel pretty safe to wear, even though there is not a rear strap.

I rarely write a review, but these are the best ever "comfort sandals" I've purchased! Most others are too chunky and unflattering, but these sandals fit slim to the foot and have just the right amount of height to be versatile with shorts or casual dresses. Love them!

The shoe was just too tight on my bunions; otherwise, they were comfortable.

fits perfectly. Very light, foot is snug but not tight, very good support.

I have always worn a 10 with no deviation. My foot BARELY fits in this shoe without my toes coming over the front. If I tighten the straps then my heels ride the edge in the back which is why I gave it a lower score for comfort. I wish I had sent them back and ordered a half size up. I just thought they needed breaking in or something. I do like the strappy look for a comfort shoe. I really appreciate the adjustable straps since I am a New Yorker and walk a LOT on cement and my feet sometime swell.

shoe fit just a little smaller than usual but love Clark shoes, just have to order a wide next time is all, but highly recommend shoes.

These were good, just not as good as the black ones in the same style. The black fit better so I kept them instead of the gold.

Very nice looking and quite comfortable. Love the fact you can adjust the velcro straps. Just enough heel to make them a little more stylish.

Clark's Narrows always fit me well.
