Really cute shoe, unfortunately way too narrow thru the arch and heel. Had to reurn

I ordered a medium width shoe but the foot bed was definitely narrow! In fact, I ordered two pairs of Clarks at the same time -- the other fit well and I kept it, but when I put it sole to sole against this pair, the difference in width was dramatic. I checked the box to see if I'd accidentally been sent the wrong size, but couldn't find any indication if that was the case.

I am disappointed with these sandals. I had ordered them in black and love the black pair. This pair (tan leather) looks cheap and like grandma sandals. The only reason that I am keeping them is because they are very comfortable and I'm hoping that with wear they'll look less like plastic and more like leather.

Cute shoe but unusually narrow in the heel. Very uncomfortable. I have a very narrow foot and these were too narrow for me. Very poor design

I expected more softness. I have plantar fasciitis and problems in my my back.

I was sorry to find that the sizing as far as width was too narrow for comfort-

Loved the style but the shoes didn't match. One was N which I ordered, the other was wider.

Somehow this shoe had to get sized incorrectly. I have over 10 pairs of Clarks' size 8 1/2 narrow women's shoes that fit perfectly. This pair is way too small...... This would be a great shoe--if properly sized!!

I was so excited about these shoes but they are not a size 10. My toes and heels both hung off the edges. They were so short. The width was fine but the length was way smaller than a normal size 10 in women’s.

I have purchased a new pair of Clarks slides every spring for many years. The 9.5N has been a consistently perfect fit. They were comfy and stable summer staples. Easily. I have worn out 15 pairs. This pair, however, is a mutant anomaly! Out of the box: gorgeous!! On the foot: WHAT THA???? The shape of the footbed is such that my instep hangs off the shoe, while about 1/2" of shoe lining shows on the other side of the shoe. Totally weird, and hard to describe: it's as if the shape of the footbed tilts and my foot slides out one side. That said, it is neither too wide nor too narrow nor too short - it is just shaped wrong. Oh well, I had a good run. Maybe it's time to try something new. These definitely are going back!!

I usually wear a 9 narrow, but even the 9 1/2 M was a bit to narrow and uncomfortable.

The white leather looked very distressed, almost gray. They were comfortable for the first month. After that they felt broken down with no cushion or support.. I have had many pairs of clarks slide typ sandals and loved them. This pair was not good.

The inside material is rough and scratchy. After a few wearings, the shoe felt like it had broken down.

There definitely is a part of the upper leather that rubs, which I read on other reviews. It's a shame because I usually love Clarks and have never had an issue with their shoes before.

Overall, they were very uncomfortable, hurt my arch and felt like they were not put together correctly. The fit for this style was totally off. The arch felt like it was in the wrong place and caused pain. The length just barely covered my foot. I was able to feel stitching under the sides of my feet. I would not recommend this style. I had previously bought Clark’s Leisa Zoe, size 7.5N, which fit perfectly and were very comfortable.

This style didn't fit or feel comfortable at all. Am returning.

I have worn Clarks for years, this pair resembled my favorite slip on wedge. But this time it seems narrow and the arch just wasn't hitting the right arch in my footbed. That' why I returned them. So sorry.

The inner edges of each heel hung over the inner edge of the shoe. I have a heel that is much narrower the the front of my foot. The width in the front was fine but was too narrow at the heel. They were cute sandals, though. I wish I could have kept them.
