Even though there is Velcro, you cannot make the straps tighter. Even in a 10 narrow, I needed it a drop narrower.

clarks shoes I think run large so I ordered 1/2 size smaller...too small so then ordered my regular size 6 and they were too big and the straps rubbed my foot and made it very uncomfortable. Great looking sandal but didn't work for me.

I was expecting something more soft, I have plantar fascitis and problems in my back; I bought a Clarks sandals before and they are very soft and comfortable. I used them at my house every day.

The fit was disappointing. I had tried a half size smaller and returned them which was the impetus for ordering through Zappos a half size larger, which could be my usual size. The length was OK but the width was painful and too narrow. I am surprised at Clarks for this. I have other Clarks shoes/sandals that fit well at the same size.

I found this shoe to be very uncomfortable due to the scooped out heel-bed. It's a shame because it is such a pretty shoe. PLEASE stop carving out the heel. Not necessary!

. I have a very narrow foot and they are so narrow they fit because of the adjustment at the area below the toes. I bought them to wear with a certain style dress and they are too casual. Would be better with shorts or capris. Material and quality certainly worth the low price. Still undecided if I’m keeping them .(91/2 narrow) gal

I like and use CLARKS sandals daily. I was surprised how narrow this one felt. It is nice that the sandal has thick side cushions on the inside but it makes it narrower than needed. I love the look and feel of it though.

It is a cute sandal, and Clark shoes and sandals have always fit me well. My feet must have changed, because of the medicines I now take, So, no fault to the sandals, they didn't fit this time Thank you Zappos for the fabulous service you provide.

I have purchased Clarks for years and have always found a good comfortable fit. Nice looking shoes! But the Merliah Karli White is definitely not a white! More of a cream color. I wear 11 Medium in open-toed sandals but these fit as it they are a 10 and are narrow.
I am returning them. I have decided I can use a cream color so have re-ordered these in a 12 and have added a Black pair as well. These two seem much better for me and I will be wearing them often. It is sad we have to test our Clarks now and return without the ability to exchange online.

I just ordered these but had to return them. This style didn't fit the way your other shoes do, too short. They showed too much of my toes.
I ordered them because I liked the heel height
but the fit was not the same. I'd like to see more of the same height.
