Slightly large fit, but I wore them barefoot...otherwise comfy.

I ordered a 8.5, upon receipt, noticed shoe was too large! Checked box…8.5, checked shoe…., size 9! Contacted Zappo’s who sent the correct size and return was easy. Perfect size, Perfect fit…Perfect Price

Cute shoes but lacks arch support, which eventually will bother my lower back/feet.

Only complaint is the sole of the shoe is very narrow so when standing just the center of your foot is on the sole. They’re doable for the price but we’ll see how the sides wear because I bet the sides will wear through.

I wanted to like these. The shoe is cute and super comfortable but the stretch to the fabric makes it too sloppy on my foot and I could not wear my usual size. If I ordered again, it would be a half or whole size smaller. There is a slight cushion to the insole, but no true support.

What I dislike most about ordering shoes online is not knowing how they are going to fit me. I love the style and color. They were a bit roomy but they did not slip off my feet when I walked. I received them the day before I went on vacation and decided to give them a try. They felt so comfortable (even though there was no arch support) that I’m planning on ordering two other colors for me and one pair for my wife. I will go down a size on the next pair just to see how a smaller size fits. Only complaint I have is that the right shoe actually caused my pantyhose to have pulls along where the top edge of the shoe rubbed my foot. I was surprised because my left foot is about a half size smaller and I would have thought it would have been the one to have caused a problem with being to big.

These fit me perfect are a true size 10. I wear these too work 3 days a week and love them. They are so cute and go with work pants or jeans on Fridays- love them.

I live these. They are very comfortable. I do wear them with nude no show socks though. You can’t see them at all inside these shoes. I do that with all ballet flats because I have the worlds softest skin apparently. I got the leopard print and am now going to order the plain black. Give them a try. Zappos return policy is great if they don’t work out.

My new favorite shoe! Light, comfortable, and feels great. Highly recommend for my fellow size 13 wearers. It's definitely true to size, but has some wiggle room for added comfort.

Fit perfect! And love the color!

These appeared a bit flimsy when they arrived. However, I wore them for an entire day -- much of which I was on my feet, and they were extremely comfortable. They are easy, attractive flats. I like them a lot now.

These are literally the most comfortable flats that I have ever seen! My daughter loves them and I am tempted to wear them often!

These ballet flats will be a staple in my fall and winter wardrobe. Perfect accessory to spice up a cute outfit. <3
