This was my second pair. The color was perfect but the width was slightly off and a little uncomfortable.I will need to wear a sock to keep them from slipping off my foot along with th canvas being scratchy.

This shoe has more arch support than your typical Vans which is nice. Once they get even slightly dirty, ( my dog stepped on my foot) you are left with a shoe that looks aged and soiled. Do not put them in the washer- they come out with a yellow cast. I also ordered them a half size larger than I do with my other Vans, otherwise your foot will slip off or rub the back edge of the shoe.

Zappos's service is still great! However, I am not a fan of Vans! Not for me. These mules surprisingly gave me a dark bruise like mark in the bottom of my left heel. Makes no sense, because they have no back. But they did. I do not recommend long walks in these shoes. They are comfortable if your lounging around in them and taking short walks. I could not return them because I wore them-re Zappos policy. So, I use them gently. But not ideally what I wanted. Another pair of Vans that I ordered here gave me discomfort and a bruise of the side of my foot. They were the Vans authentic lace up shoes. All were cute, but not cute enough to endure discomfort and messing up my feet.

The fit was fine. It was the style that didn't do me justice so had to return.

These shoes did not work for me. They never felt really secure on my feet. I sent them back.

Its VANS!

I loved them, but they were too small and I had to send them back. I’m a 7.5 and definitely need an 8. Delivery took a bit too, so I’m just going to go to a store and find them.

The shoes are really cute. The right shoe is comfortable, but the tongue on left shoe keeps slipping down creating a ridge! It didn't happen until after I wore them out , and now I can't return them.
