These shoes are so cute but unfortunately the sizing is way off. I usually wear a 10-10 1/2. I tried these on in a 10 1/2 and 11 and both were too small....

Love the shoe, however the throat is way too large, leaving a big gap between shoe and ankle which just looks horrible on my foot. Plus it feels very loose. Returning.

This shoe is beautiful and soft, but runs weirdly very small. I am hoping ordering a half size larger will be sufficient.

I love these shoes. unfortunately my left toe is crushed by it. therefore, I'll have to return it.

The shoes are perfect. I had never purchased a pair of Softwalk shoes before, but they are wonderful. I have narrow feet and they fit just fine!

I wear an 8.5 medium in most shoes, except a size 9 in Brooks running shoes, and an 8 in most sandals. Because people in the reviews suggested that these shoes run small...I ordered a size 9 medium. They fit well, are extremely comfortable and will be a good light weight shoe for travel.

The caramel color was yummy and this shoe felt great with the zipper down but became uncomfortably tight over the top of the foot with the zipper up...so did return thanks to Zappos feet saving try and return policy.

Cute shoes; just too tight and too short. They run small on me. I wear a size 12M. I could have used a half size bigger.

I liked the upper material, and the zipper look is nice, but the sole was too hard for my plantar fasciitis. Returning.

These run so small, I’m between 8 and 8.5. I got an 8.5 I can’t wear these, will need to order a 9 which is not my shoe size at all. These are cute shoes.

The leather is butter-soft. Unfortunately, these fit smaller than expected for Softwalk, and there isn't enough padding in the footbed. It's a shame, because they look cute and are easy to slip on!

This shoe felt true to size but the support wasn't enough for my high arches.

Nice looking shoes but so uncomfortable and that is with my custom orthotics. There is no cushioning at all so if you have plantar fasciitis these shoes will make it worse. So sorry I spent the money on them.
