Customer Reviews New Balance Dynasoft Nitrel v4

I bought this shoe to replace my everyday wear shoes and generally I like it. I purchased size 9.5. Not sure if it is because I still need to break the shoes in, but top fees a little snug. Not sure if I should have gone with wide version? Biggest frustration is that the ends of the tongue curl in so you can see my white socks on top. I am hoping that will get better as I break in the shoe more. I do love the color and the tread. Also excited to see how the toe protection rim works because my last pair of New Balance my toe broke through the mesh. I think I was approaching 5 years though - which is pretty good for a shoe that I wear everyday!

I use the shoes for hiking. The shoes are plasticky and don't fit as well as previous products.

Bought the wide shoe but could still barely get my foot in it. Had to return it.

They are squeaky, they are my 3rd pair in this style and I can't wear them at work cause they are to loud. Stinks

Usually purchase 993's and this shoe is not as comfortable and does not have the same support. On the other side, it is less expensive. In future I would rather purchase the more expensive shoe for comfort.

Not as comfortable as I thought they would be. It's winter here now and the shoes don't hold any warmth.

Great shoe too small not true size buy one size larger.

I've owned 2 other pairs and they have been great and lasted about 6 months each but these ripped after only 2 trips. I use them to hike out to my favorite fishing spot which is mostly on the sand with a really small amount of bushes and the smallest branch ripped right through the toe box. Not very durable for the price.

Not even going to try to use them. Will go back to the 993 or try the 877.

First off there size 10.5 in US mens is more like a size 8.5. Next you must have an extremely narrow foot to even get in to this shoe I'm very thankful they refunded my money upon return of this product. Thirdly, these are made in Vietnam and NOT the USA.
