Kiddo is seeing some heavy seam wear and frays within the first week he reports them as super comfortable and 'fast.' I'm sure those of you with little kids will understand.

Comfortable, runs just a tiny narrow (my son has kind of wide feet), but after loosing de laces the shoes fitted OK. Happy with the purchase. Just be aware that the midsole apparently is not made with fresh foam X, like the grownup shoes.

Good shoe. Daughter loves the cushioning and really likes the feel and color. This is her second straight pair of NB running shoes. She really likes the brand for running.

Bought these in a wide width for my grandson and he loves them! The fit was perfect and the color is very nice. I always order New Balance shoes for him twice a year because they fit his foot as he has a wide foot as well as a high instep. They also last longer than other brands.

I was told by a New Balance store clerk that I would wear the same size in kids as I do in adults. I have a size 5 in adults, so ordered 5.5, since these would be for exercise and I'm usually up a half size in athletic shoes. these were enormous! more like 6.5. But they seem to be a good shoe.

I have worn this 880 and have 3 other pair from the past, and these are just not wide enough. Somehow they have made it about 1/3 less wide. Not near as comfortable now. Overall, the length is fine, and true to size, but I am very disappointed that they no longer have adequate width in the forefront.
