These shoes were great for about 2 months. They started showing wear after about 2 weeks and then started falling apart. The material is thinner than previous pairs of NB shoes and it did not hold up.

Bought these for my 8yo son who has wide feet and these lasted barely a month before they were rendered completely useless. Even with a Wide width he busted out of both sides of the shoe and they looked completely ragged within a month. He is generally not hard on shoes.

They look nice but my son was not able to wear them because of it's narrow front although I ordered the Wide size and even retuned one pair and ordered half a size bigger. I love buying from Zappos because I was able to return them easily.

While these shoes fit my son very well, the material around the toes began to wear out within two weeks. There are no rubber side walls at the toe box. One month later, both shoes have holes.

These shoes were ordered for my 9 yr old. The initial pair were defective. The left shoe came without the top shoe lace holes. Zappos customer service were great to deal with. They credited me and immediately sent a new pair. When the new pair arrived, the size was correct (kid 4 wide), but the shoe was significantly smaller compared to the other shoes ordered. It appears the manufacturing plant is a disaster. I am can only assume the quality control at the plant is nonexistent. Therefore, we return them too. I will not be ordering them again. I do wish Zappos took the time to conduct their own quality control process, but I’m realistic.
