Love the cushioned feel which reduces the impact on my heel. Wish there was a bit more arch support, but definitely softer feel than my NB 860s.

Width was fine, but length is too short. I ordered a 9W. I usually wear a 9M, so some people may think the width is narrow too.

These shoes are super cushioned and felt good on my foot (I have wide feet and ordered the wide). However, the heel with the soft foam kept rubbing. I would have kept them if it was not for that.

Odd material, wide toe area - to wide for narrow foot, insubstantial

Very cushiony. My sister has a pair & said they were small for size & she had to exchange them. I purchased a pair a half size larger than my usual size & they are short. I probably should have gotten a full size larger than my regular size. I’m keeping these & wearing with very thin socks. If I order a second pair, I will definitely go up a full size.

Super comfortable shoes. I bought them to use working from home with my stand up desk.

I have been on the hunt for an athletic shoe that fits my big feet. New Balance has been my go-to for years. This year, it is so hard to find the style I want in my size. I gave these a try and think they will work out. The heel is a bit odd - it almost feels like a stale marshmellow. It doesn't provide quite the firm grip I am used to in the heel of my shoe. I think they will work out for taking walks, etc.

They look and feel big

I liked the fit and color but the support was lacking. I bought 880 instead.

Love the color and they fit nicely, but if I wear them all day, my foot hurts. I guess not quite enough support where I need it? I really like them though!

It's a shame. I purchased these for my wife, who is an avid runner. The fit seemed perfect, until she took a step or two. Everything about these fit perfectly, except her heel kept slipping about a half inch with every step. Just looking at the shoe, you see the ankle closure at the rear flares backward. While it looks stylish, it does not provide an acceptably snug fit to secure your ankle. This oddity translates to slippage of the heel and ankle, even though the shoe fit feels adequately snug. Heel/ankle slippage is an intolerable comfort AND hazard risk that should not be taken lightly. As much as we wanted to love these, the improper ankle fit demanded a return, for safety sake alone.

For my wedge-shaped feet, this was the correct size (8.5W) overall but after trying the 880v11, I found this style, which is more streamlined (i.e., pointed) in the toe box and more cushioned though lighter, not to be as supportive. The 1080v11 felt too "squishy" (maybe not as responsive) underfoot.

I originally ordered 8.5 wide and my feet moved around in the toe box more than I liked. I exchanged for an 8 wide and it feels great. My last pair were New Balance Beacon which I loved! Glad to have found a NB light weight shoe and great fit again.

Usually when you choose a wide width shoe, there is more room overall at the toe. Not so with this shoe. I had to return it for a full size larger. Aside from that, they felt great!
