I get it is the compromised between hard 840/860 and the no stability 1080, but (1) I wish it were just as soft on the feet as it is but with a little more stability. But my biggest gripe is the (2) color range. There are multiple greys, but no brown or tan or something close to flesh color? An a burgundy but now neutral navy/blue? I find the color options odd. And the black is pretty much the only one I can get without some odd/clashing accent color. Some of use need /want the shoe for everyday wear, not just training. And the color selections make for odd outfit looks.

First, width-wise, these run tight. My daughter bought me a pair size N, we returned them for Regular. Nice fit, good arch, so I bought a pair directly from your site. I do like these shoes. However, there is some peeling on the front and rear edges of the soles. I've never had this happen before with your shoes. I'm not sending them back because finding a good fit these days is problematic! This pair I've only worn 4 or 5 times. I don't run, I just walk through big box stores a few times a week. Might walk a block in my neighborhood. Age and arthritis and all that. I've worn your 990 line for decades. Lately they are scarce as hen's teeth! Please bring them back soonest!!

I bought these shoes for treadmill walking. Size 9.5, wide width. The length is too short, needs about an extra 1/2 cm for sure. I always where NB on the treadmill and for walking outside, first pair of 9.5 that are too short. The sole is springy enough, the colours are nice, width is good. Because of the fabric used on the upper I'm sure it will wear out quickly due to the short length. I probably should of returned/exchanged them but a size 10 would have been too big. My bad for being too lazy to return for a refund.

I like new balance but don't like how they cheaper out on the insoles u pay over 100 for sneakers and u get same cheap insoles u get with 50.00 sneakers make insoles better I always have to buy over counter ones stop cheapening the insoles

I ordered 9 1/2 Wide and they fit like a snug 9 Regular. They looked beautiful and felt good so re-ordering a 10.

I have run in these shoes 3 times now for total of 20 miles and they are the most uncomfortable version of this shoe I have ever run in. I have run in the 880's since v7 and have never had any issues. The shoes cause pain in both of my feet, on the right foot the pain is under the ball of the foot and on the left it is in the toes.
