I'm usually a 9 in boots but I ordered a 9.5 because Guess tends to run small for me. They fit great and were super nice. However, the heel was just too high for me. There would be no way to walk in these for a long period. I really like them and would suggest them to anyone who can handle a heel this high.

Finally, a boot for a thin calf (I have about an 11" calf) - my legs don't look like toothpicks in these boots. I'm 5'9" and the top of the boot comes to the top of my knee cap. The foot bed is somewhat narrow, but it fits my foot fine. And, as another reviewer said, these boots have a high heel, but they have a lug sole and a thicker heel that make you feel sure-footed when walking. Love these boots.

Love the boot. it was comfortable. It was true to size for me. I do wish it came up further on my leg.
