Although they are marked as wide, I had difficulty in the toe box and knew that I'd end up not wearing them. I have other wide sneakers by New Balance and they are fine....

Too wide and short. N was coming off both shoes. First problem ever with New Balance.

I love the New Balance Classic 501 in terms of style and fit, but it's no longer on the market. Found this as an alternative. Looks close to the same style. Ordered the same size and width, and it's very tight whereas the 501s are a perfect fit. Had to return it and will try a size up to see how it goes.

These are some of the worst shoes. My kiddo and I both ordered them this summer. They were fine for days of very little walking. But then I wore them on a trip and by the end of the day, I was limping and my entire body had seized up. Even with my orthotic inserts. I thought maybe I was just showing my age, but my kid also says they are awful. I had to buy new shoes in the middle of my trip. And my kiddo says they’re buying new shoes as soon as they get a paycheck. These shoes are miserable.

The sole was so stiff I'm not even going to try them on.

Returned; didn’t like appearance and shoe not comfortable.

The quality of the New Balance sneakers is not the same - it seems as though it is a cheap knock off.
