It runs 1 1/2 size smaller than the actual 7.5 regular size for my feet. As it had mentioned to order 1 size smaller. I ordered size 7, was too big. Size 6 fit perfectly. Arch support should have been better to avoid more pronation, and avoid ankle tilt, for wearing longer hours in the operating room! Thanks
I'd also recommend:
I don’t shop for brands! If, it fits well, and the price and material is sustainable, I will buy it.

Now that they are broken in, they feel fine. Originally felt weird to walk in and rubbed blisters against my ankles but now all is well. Bought them because of severe foot and knee pain, now next to nothing, Highly recommended.
