I really like this shoe, however, the sizes are a bit off. I have a pair in a size 7 that is a little large so I bought the 6 after reading the reviews. The 6 is good in the length but to tight; a 6 1/2 would be perfect. Sadly will be returning the 6.

I have back and feet problems, these seem to work well walking around the house...

Since these crocs have a 1" heel, there is arch support, making them very comfortable. The massage texture took a little getting used to, but now I enjoy wearing them for the texture. The only issue I've come across is toe length not matching up with the massage texture. I wear a women's 15 and have long toes--if I align the ball of my foot correctly, my toes go off the edge of the sandal. They still wear fine but with less functionality than what is intended.

They felt fine but run on the large side . hard to keep on my feet .

Disappointed as it rubbed my big toe.

I loved the pale color of gray. Unfortunately, they were too large. They fit more like a man’s shoe. When I called they said they would do an exchange for a smaller size. Pale gray was no longer available. I had to select another color. After 4 days I called because the replacement did not shoe on my account. I was told that the previous agent was unable to make the exchange and so did a refund. I was reindeer the $3 and change but not the merchandise credit that I previously had on file. I was told by the agent I spoke with yesterday that if you use a credit or a gift card to make a purchase and it is returned Zappos will not refund that credit back to your account per company policy. I have never heard of anything like that. I purchase from other online sites all the time, like Amazon, Chico’s, etc. if I return something purchased with a gift card or merchandise card, that part of the transaction is returned to me as a credit. After complaining the representative agreed to give me back in credit to my account what I had paid but he said they were not supposed to. I am very hesitant to do business with Zappos again.

Crocs have the uncanny ability to make feet look ugly, especially toes. But that's because the shoes are incredibly comfortable. I bought these to use as house slippers.

The shoe is very comfortable. I'm just upset that I bought thr same shoe for my daughter and it came with a croc jibit in both shoes. My shoes did not have the croc jibit and mine were more money. The sandal is very comfortable just wish it came with the croc jibit like both the pair I bought my daughter from here.
