The item is good but i want to exchange with the fitting size 8.5 M

The shoes look very stylish, but the insole is absolutely trash. I had to switch insoles from one of my other more comfortable shoes. I work in a warehouse and am on my feet 10 hrs nonstop. You will definitely need some more comfortable insoles if you want to avoid your feet from aching.

These are new work shoes and need to be broken in, with that being said, they fit nice and snug, and I like the color

Great shoe, fit, and design. Not yet as comfy as my other non-safety shoes at work, but then everybody has some discomfort toward the end of a 12 hr. shift. standing and working in a cubicle.

Overall item is very good and stylish but it is very tough and heavy that's why I am returning.

Overall I like the shoe and how it feels. I ordered a half size up and I suggest others do the same. I work on my feet 9 hours a day so I need a good shoe that can take the pounding! The shoe seems to be made well but time will tell if it can hold up to the beating of walking on it all day. I also used a shoe stretcher but felt ok without it. With any new shoe I suggest using a good shoe stretcher.

These shoes are comfortable! First time going from steel toe protection to composite toe, and in doing so I knew weight of the shoe was reduced, but they fit the ergonomics of my feet rather quickly. Break-in time was next to nothing.

For safety shoes they are the most comfortable I've worn so far. There seems to be more padding in the toe area which helps with issue I had with my previous Nautlis shoes and another brand as well where the hard shell of the toe would rub on the outer edge of my foot/toe. This extra padding is likely why the length and width fell slightly narrower and shorter than my previous safety shoes. I'm not sure why it asking to rate arch support. They don't have any. They are as flat as sandles. Their is an insert that provides shock absorption especially in the heal which is nice, but there is no arch support. Shoes don't usually have any arch support that I'm aware of. If they do, they are specifically designed to provide that feature. If you want and or need arch support you will have to purchase an insert that provides arch support.

They're good just too big

These shoes look great and they're very robust. I ordered 11.5s and I actually sent them back and exchanged for 11s (which haven't arrived yet, because I just made the exchange yesterday). I have never had an 11.5 shoe not fit me, but these were definitely big. So be aware - it's possible this model of shoe runs big size-wise.

I wish that there were more cushion

Nice looking shoes got compliments on them but overall arch support terrible even with upgraded insoles. Went back to wearing my keens not much better but feet aren't throbbing at end of 10hr shift.

Is very tight, is hurting my feet.

At first they were comfortable for me to wear but once I put my orthotics in the feeling changed. There was a little tightness in the left shoe near my pinky and ring toes. I thought the shoes would be broken in within a week but the pain persisted. After a month I finally couldn't take the discomfort any more and put the pair away.

The size is bigger. Size 8-8.5 will be okay for me

I usually wear number 9 but this one did not fit. I can't use it any more its on shelf.

Hurt my big toes and little toes on each foot.

This shoe felt/looked like it was cut lower than a normal shoe would fit.

Left foot ok. Right foot irregular.
