When you choose a "7 M/8.5 W" from the drop down on the website, they send you a 7 W. I ordered 4 different pairs of these cute Sherpa slides & they did this in every pair so they were all 1.5 size too small. Also, the website leads you to believe they are gender neutral, but when they arrive it says "womens" on the sticker & box & tag.

This style doesn't have the option of men/women sizes like the other slides. I picked my size and received a women's 9.

The size did not fit me. I had to give them to my sister who wears a size 7 because they fit her perfect and not me. I wear all my shoes the same size. All my vans shoes are also all size 9 so I'm not sure why they fit WAY to small..

I wanted to love these but after wearing these I realized I have a misprinted pair. Each slide has the same image. I had to get these sent to my parents address in the states to get them. Needless to say I'm disappointed

Online size includes Mens even though this is for Women. This resulted in me receiving the wrong size not once but twice! Guess I have to order the wrong size to get the correct size.

I got a mens 8 which supposedly makes a woman's 9.5. Wrong. This says womens 8. They are so so small. Gonna have to return.

I was looking for my same slides I've had for years that finally look bad enough to get another pair. When these came I knew right away they were different I thought oh no!!!! They messed up my perfect slide! Nope. Just a different name. These have narrower footbed and poofy-er top band. Less arch support / softer sole. (Found the ones I love and ordered ASAP - "Vans Slide-On")
