I didn't go up a size as advised by other reviews and glad I didn't. I only have slim feet and they fit perfectly. So with wear, I know they won't become too big. Have worn out for first time today and they were really comfortable. I'm a UK 4/4.5 and I ordered the US 7 which is my usual go to.
