I love Vasque walking boots. They fit my feet and have room for orthotics. The vibram soles keep my arthritic bones from aching. So I really wanted to love these. But as much as I wanted to keep these shoes, I have a narrow heel and the shoe slips off my heel with every step. Darn. Gotta return them.

I had to exchange size 8.5 to size 8, which was an unpleasant instance because your team member was very confused and did not know your protocol. As explained online, your protocol for exchanging shoes is very convoluted. Well, I received free promotions for the trouble I went through, so I'll keep the free pair and work with them. ABOUT THE SHOE: 1) Size 8 fits well on right foot but snug on the left foot. I'll stretch the right foot shoe to make it bigger. 2) The topline is too high and hurts my skin, so I'll have to put extra inner sole parts on the heels to lift my feet. 3) The inner sole is soooo soft it doesn't give you stability. I'll buy a good inner sole with arch support. Everything else is OK.
