The shoe fit true to size, but the width on the left shoe felt a little too small. I felt that my toes were hanging off the outside of the shoe on the left side. The right side fit perfect though. The shoe was comfortable overall, other than the width.

This is a great shoe! Even though it's NOT barefoot style shoe, the shape of the front, from the widest part of the foot through the end of the toe box, has room for your toes to move naturally and doesn't force the front of your foot into a narrow point. It is zero drop but still has a substantial bottom as a regular trail hiking shoe and it's the only one like this that I've been able to find. Being flat on the bottom, heel to toe, means that with every step your foot isn't forced to slide forward, pushing your toes toward the front of the shoe. Who really want a hiking/walking shoe to encourage your foot to slide forward? Basketball shoes and skateboarding shoes are flat, and this helps keep your body stable; seems like this is what any hiker would also want! Plus, it's a very nice looking shoe! Sad to see that it looks like Vasque no longer makes this style.

These are really good zero drop shoes - light and comfortable. The back (behind the heel at the top) feels a bit high, but these are breaking in nicely. I am very satisfied with this choice.
