The item had a hole in the back of the garment. Upon unwrapping and trying it on it was noticed.

I had these for a month. They came apart at the seams after I washed them. I could have sewn it back together but for that price point I shouldn't have to (but now some colors are on clearance--gee I wonder why) I lost the UGG points when I returned them and I told the UGG expert that I felt it was unfair that I lose points over defective products. Same thing with the Asala hoodie. She told me that the points got restored but somehow I don't see it.

Did not like the material or the style of the pants. They look so big.

Pants had a hole in the crotch within a week and having only worn them twice to lay around the house. For this extremely high price, that is pretty ridiculous.
