I am a flight attendant and have been wearing these shoes for a few years. I recently purchased my 3rd or 4th pair in the same size as the others that I have owned. I wore them to work and they destroyed my feet. They gave me giant blisters and on top of that were extremely tight and painful. The shoe is much stiffer that the old pair that I still have. It seems that Clarks has changed the material and/or the construction of the shoe. When I reached out to customer service via email in the response I got I was told that, not all shoes fit in the same way and you may not necessarily be the same size in every style, even though I explained in my email as I did here, that I have been wearing this same shoe for a few years and have owned multiple pair OF THE SAME STYLE. Last night as I was walking off the plane I noticed a coworker was carrying the exact same shoe in her hand. I asked her if they are Clarks and she said, yes and they are terrible. She had the same experience with the shoe as I did. Very disappointing.

I ordered a pair of size 6. 5 online, I tried them on when I receive the package, they were huge, I had to bring them back to the nearest store to see if I could do an exchange because they don't have this option online. The lady was really nice and helpful in store, she found out the stickers on the bottom of the heals says 6. 5 BUT they are actually ONE IN size 8 and ONE in size 8. 5. They don't have size 6. 5 in store so it ended up with she had to make a reorder for me and I had to go to the store again to pick it up. The shoes themselves are good, but the shopping experience were awful.

I can usually buy Clark's without trying them on. I bought this pair and they are just a smidgeon small. That said I ordered the next size up and decided to keep the next size. There is padding at the top of the heel which makes a great fit if you need a narrow heel or if you just need the shoe a tad smaller so it grabs your foot's heel. This made the next size up a better choice. The shoe is so comfortable that I ordered actually 5 other pairs!

I bought this shoes because I needed a comfortable but classy shoes with heels for work. The shoes met all requirements but I was unable to wear it throughout the day because it started to hurt after few hours. I wasnt even on my feet throughout the time I had it on. I sat down most of the time, yet when I get up to move around, it started to hurt. I even took them off while sitting yet it was still painful. I love the shoes but it wont serve the purpose I purchased it for.
