The right heel was too high on the outside and rubbed on the ankle when walking. If a heel insert was placed in the shoe it felt better, so I felt that the heel was too deep. Other than that, the shoe is very comfortable.

I had to go half size down but they fit great and are super comfortable for a day of shopping. And they look great!

Initially I ordered a 9W and it was too long. I was walking out of the shoes. Exchanged for 8.5W and they were way too short.

Love these shoes! They are a good alternative to tied sneakers and perfect for summer wear.

The shoes are cute enough, though not my usual style. I cant usually wear something that cuts across my "knuckle" the way these look to, but I need closed-toed shoes for work for the summer and these looked like they’d fit the bill. I was so looking forward to them. So, after reading many of the reviews here, I ordered two sizes — my usual and one half size down. Unfortunately, neither pair worked out. There was a slight gap at the side of each shoe in both sizes toward the back. That’s usually an indication the shoe isn’t the correct fit. So I returned both. And the hunt continues. My responses as to size and width are based on the gapping. A properly sized and fitted shoe shouldn’t have that gap.

I returned these because they ran a bit big but I liked the look and feel of them. I have a very high instep and thick (okay, fat) tops of my feet and the cut of many shoes make them unwearable because they won't fit over my foot but these are cut low enough that they would fit and be pretty comfortable.

These shoes are really comfortable. I bought them to replace a pair of Clarks Cloud Steppers (years old) that I've worn so much, my toe is about to poke through on one. Very happy with the Adella Poppy. I think I'll have them a long time as well.

This is a very cute shoe, but unfortunately it won't work for me. The criss-cross fabric at the toe box, while very attractive, is too tight across my big toe joint. This is probably not going to bother most people, but I had surgery there, so my foot is sensitive to pressure in that area. Also, tho not a show stopper for me, the back of the shoe has a tongue/tag (?) that hits pretty high near the achilles heel. I think you could get used to it, but why? To keep the shoe on? Maybe needed because the 8M was loose on me. All that being said, the cushioning in the shoe is very comfortable.

I have narrow heels, and a wide ball of foot due to bunions, and the shoes gapped around my foot. The braided bands across the front made them too stiff over my bunions.

I really wanted to wear these cute shoes, but my heel slipped and I walked right out of them. When I added heel grippers, they pushed my feet too far forward, making the shoe too short. Also, the straps felt a little rough on the front of my foot, but I'm sure they would have become comfortable once the shoe was worn. Sad to have to return them.

Cute for a sporty , comfort shoe. I was skeptical of the large white base but it added some style. The criss cross on the top gives it a bit of interest from above.

I was surprised to find the fit too large and no arch support. I have a gap at the heel and they flop when I walk. They are super cute though.

These shoes look like something my mother wore in the 60s: they are a pretty bland design but quite comfortable. I cannot find the type of shoe I like to wear, so these will do as a substitute.

Would have maybe kept these, they were comfortable and had good support, but there was something rubbing on the top of the shoe near the toes. Couldn't risk keeping them, thought that would be bothersome in the long run.

I liked the look online better than on my foot, size was about right, I wear a 9.

Style and color are beautiful. Size was too large and wide. My size is a 12m. Usually if I have a problem with size, it’s that it seems small. This shoe was the opposite. Nice shoe.
