Sorry I had to return these, but they were too big for me, maybe they are unisex?

These shoes look AWESOME and I love the color. The length is true to size, but the width in the toe box is abnormally large. I have a very wide toe box. My foot isn’t wide, but my toes spread out a lot so generally I love when the toe box is wide. But in these shoes, it’s so wide that if I tighten down the first part of the laces enough for my foot, the toe of the shoe… creases (see photos). It honestly feels like it’s a man’s shoe but they changed the size label. Probably putting in a sole insert will help. Here’s hoping!

My elder-feet will no longer tolerate the rock hard soles of today's mountain bike shoes for clipless pedals. They hurt! So, I've switched to platform pedals and these shoes. They're not flexible, but they're also not like walking on planks. I love these shoes so much I just bought a second pair so that if they are discontinued, or changed, I'll have a backup pair. If the tongue were gusseted they would be perfect, but they are plenty good as is.

These shoes should work for easy mountain bike rides. The discounted price was reflective that the shoes were returns - a few scuff marks on toes and soles.

Helps feet stick to MTB pedals and is comfortable enough to wear out n about.
