Returned it but it's taking forever to refund my account

I bought this shoes for myself I got size 5.5 since I am size 7 for women, the colors are beautiful but they look so chubby like turtles, so I returned.

I bought this pair when it was on sale, When it arrived to my house the package seemed oppened and it was missing the left shoe. Do not buy this product. This pretty much feels like a scam.

i ordered these in a 9.5 which is the size i always get in superstars and other adidas but these fit too big. i exchanged them shipped them out through fedex and i still haven't received my new pair

Bad service! Bc i did no get my package sooooooooooo

They look pre-owned! The gums were scuffed then painted over with white that doesn't match! There is black bleeding onto the white in the tongue. The white is completely peeling off in the inner side of the left shoe and exposes brown when it's supposed to be white! Looks like white out was used to cover existing blemishes! Overall NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Im giving it a 1 star and won't recommend cause I never received my shoe order!!!!! The company that was shipping said it was delivered and it never was.I believe the delivery company stole my item!! If its not being shipped by UPS, Fedex or USPS chances are you won't get it and you will have to get a refund...

The midsole is painted white, with only 3 uses it is already fading and adidas refuses to give a guarantee. The unheard of that the midsole of a white shoe is painted.
