Bought my size all I wear is Ariat and they are huge on me

Let me preface this by saying that I love Ariat boots. Usually. These boots are so pretty and I was looking forward to receiving them. What's that expression - pretty is as pretty does? These boots look great but DANG - I couldn't even get my foot in to the foot bed. I bought my usual size 11. Could not get my hoof in them. I had a friend try them and she wears a 10. She struggled to put them on and found them unbearably tight across the top of her foot. I was too lazy to send them back and ended up selling them for the purchase price to a girl that normally wears a 9. This was a very weird experience and I cannot recommend these boots unless you upsize at least 2 sizes and then I feel like it's a crap shoot.
