Easy wearable weather resistant but heavy "taking my material engineering background" I even doubt that there's carbon fiber toe rather than just shock resistant plastic (composite commercially), however it's not very comfortable for long wear the heavy weight will make a pressure on the upper part of feet, that whenever you walk or climb stairs when your foot moves holding the boot weight over it causes pain by time wearing arc rated EH socks, I wonder if I can even exchange it for lightweight EH or even refund after only few days of use. Sadly I was looking for American products stepping away from British products that my company recommends by Skanwear that provides superior STRATA safety gear hope this experience just is rare and helpful, if I got a refund I'll look to try it myself for another American products

Ordered these for my son who is a lineman. He loved the boots, but unfortunately they were to big, needed to exchange for a different size. Was very disappointed that there is no exchange option only return and repurchase.

This is a very well made product Awsome design. My only issue is they are extremely heavy and my feet hurt badly at the end of the day after wearing them maybe they will feel better when I break them in more

Fit great. Extremely comfortable. The opposite of waterproof. I had a pair of Ariat rebar that lasted 4 years. Completely waterproof till they weren't. Wore these 1 week and my feet were soaked from day 1. I'm a hydrovac operator. I should've stuck with timberland. I Atleast got 1 year out of them. So disappointed

I got 10 1/2 wides & they are not wide enough. They smash the sides of my toes & cause a lot of pain. I work 10hr shifts welding & standing on concrete. Thet are ok to put on & feel ok at first. After wearing them for longer than 30mins they start to hurt. If the steel toe could be wider I might buy them again.

I was so excited when I purchased these boots with the expectations of good durability. Beware they advertise that they're waterproof but they're not. We got some rain and at my work I had to walk on puddles. Keep in mind that they have a line of the waterproof height but I was walking on puddles no deeper than 2 inches. Before I realized my socks were fully wet when they're not supposed to. As far as protection they work well but I wouldn't advertise them as waterproof. Very disappointed because these are not cheap boots.

Been buying Ariat products for years, usually Ariat head to toe, would have underwear if they sold it lol. This boot was by far my favorite boot I had bought in years, super comfortable, everything about it, but like others have stated the boot fell apart on the inside. The inner lining separated from the outer, could not get boots off. Had to throw them away after just a couple months, not a single rip, dry crack or hardly any sole wear. Simply could not get boot off foot, had to toss them. Contemplating buying/trying another pair hoping after 2 years they have got this issue solved by now.

I bought these boots about 4 months ago. They felt amazing at first. I wore them for 2 weeks straight roughly 100 hours. I go from outside to inside from up ladders and a stairs to sitting at my desk all day. Always moving sit less than a hour a day. The first week was horrible I couldn't wait to take them off. I was very fatigued and feet were sore. I gave it another week and it was better than last so I just worked thru it. It took roughly 4-5 weeks to get them broke in. But I still feel the fatigue and pain In my feet if I spend all day on the shop floor and on and off ladders. I have had many pairs of ariats and these are probably the worst ones for comfort after the first hour. At the stair they feel good but not long term. The plus side they seem to be holding up Ok but they are starting to let water in around the sole and leather meet almost like a slow seeping in water. Kinda disappointing

I purchased these boots the end of January/ beginning of February 2023. I work on natural gas compressor stations. When i bought these boots they checked all the boxes for me. I was looking for slip on waterproof boots with a composite toe and toe bumper to keep them from wearing out too fast and these looked awsome. They were a little uncomfortable breaking them in but they did break in. I work outside sun rain snow you name it. I always did my best to keep the boots clean use mink oil on them. After just a couple months they were not waterproof anymore. My feet were always getting wet the leather marked up extremely easily. The insoles wore out extremely quickly I'm on my third set in these boots. Friday 10/13/23 I came home after a long day my boots were muddy so I washed them of my feet were instantly soaking wet. Where the leather meets the sole is cracked and separating on both boots. These boots were awfully expensive to not even get a year out of them.

Hello everyone, I ordered these boots and within a month they fall apart. Before I gone on, let me just tell you, Ariat did an amazing job with my return. I will be using their boots for work still, the replacement boots I got were designed for the job I'm doing. These weren't designed for digging or to be used with any hand tools. They have different plastic on the bottom of the boots, they catch shovels and what have you and rip apart. When I was working in open trenches they worked great. I imagine they would be a great boot for anyone that doesn't have to use hand tools. But the boot was comfortable right out of the box and you can tell it's made very well. Just not for Pipeliners.

These boots were great for the first couple weeks until I broke them in now just walking in the snow my feet get wet. it's seeping through where the sole meets the leather and I can hear the water squish when I walk and then I start to feel it, I guess they'll have to be my dry summer day boots....

I received this review without even receiving my boots yet. I would like to say that shipping takes almost a month and that's the only reason for one star. The anticipation is hard.

I was excited to receive these until I tried them out. I noticed immediately that the leg opening is huge, much bigger than normal and the sizing is way off. I didn't want to shoot them down before even giving them a try so I did and I only made it through 3 hours before I couldn't stand them anymore. I will say that they had comfort but they do not fit to size and do not hold the foot and are just way to bulky. I have other ariat boots in the same size and they all fit great and are my favorites. I have plenty of ariat clothes as well and I can honestly say this is the very first time ariat has ever left me down big time. Even worse to add to it I can't return them due to me giving them a try. Just disappointing. So all in all my opinion if you're looking into these, I would just say to be wary and wear them for a while before you remove tags.

Never had to purchase wide boots, I have several ariat boots. I purchased my same size and the boot is tight around the top of foot not the ankle but right below it . Tried with both compression socks and boot socks.. the compression socks do better but still some discomfort

I would like to start this off by saying I am loyal Ariat customer and have bought thousands of dollars worth of jeans and other clothing in the past. When I bought these boots I expected the same great quality as I have found there to be in the cloths let me just say they are not of the same quality at all. After less than one month of wearing them, the liner ripped out of the heel on both and now I have to sit down and fight the liners to stay down so I can pull my boots off otherwise they wont come off. The fact that I cant even get my boots off when I get home from work is very upsetting to say the least. This will for sure be my last pair of Ariat boots

Great boots, mine are not water proof like stated. Feet got wet after only a week of wear and I wasn't happy about that. And for the cost they should have much better inserts in them. I had to purchase after market insets and they are much more comfortable now. Over all a good boot, but I doubt I'll purchase them again.

I usually get boots once or twice a year thought since they were a name brand they would last longer. But they did not even last 6 months.
